Good quality. But careful not to twist on the lid to tightly as Ive had problems in the past on the rubber seal getting twisted up and then it leaks. This is the only problem with Contigo mugs.

When the description says that it keeps hot beverages warm for 7 hours, it's not lying. This mug delivered. I made tea at 8 a.m., worked at an all day fundraising event and when I got back in my car my tea was just as hot as when I'd made it that morning.

Use this product every day on my way to work, it keeps the drink piping hot (sometimes too hot so I have started to add a little cold water before sealing the lid) and I keep it on the front seat of my car. It has not leaked once and is extremely nice to drink out of on the go. Really would recommend.

Piping hot and no spillages!

I bought these as a surprise to my employees. They are all loving how long ice stays in them. One said he loves cold water and now he can have it all day long. I have a coffee drinker that said she can not believe how warm her coffee stays. You now have 4 more contigo lovers.

Its not that good as it says it can keep the beverage hot for hours but it only keeps the beverage hot for 2-3 hours

The travel mug is ok, but I don't like it. It is too small, and I don't find that the cold drinks stay cold for long enough.
