Doesn't spill! Good locking mechanism, fits in any car cup holder, sturdy handle, easy to clean. It does dent a bit when dropped on very hard surfaces, but still completely usable. This is my second time purchasing this mug.

I have the same brand, shorter but use it for coffee. It doesn't spill out like open cups. It stays hot or cold. 
I can stay in one place longer because my pain is bad right now and don't want to get up as much. 
I came hook it to my roller that helps me walk. I really love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Contigo 20 oz Superior SnapSeal mug is an exceptional mug around the house, in the office, and on the road. The stainless steel keeps whatever I am drinking hot or cold for hours, and at 20 oz, there's plenty to drink. The SnapSeal lid is also fantastic to have when our cats like to knock over drinks around the house. The handle is easy to hold and provides an excellent grip to control the flow. The mug is also easy to clean, thanks to the stainless steel. Thanks to the narrow profile, this mug should fit into nearly any cupholder without issue. Overall, I would buy another mug just to have a spare or one to share. It's my new go-to mug!

A Fantastic Travel Mug

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this recently for travel purposes…. And it definitely does the job for which I got it. Cold drinks stays cold with ice and all into the next day. My hot drinks remain hot for many hours- so if you are in need of a mug to keep hot drinks hot and your cold drinks cold then I recommend this mug.

The perfect Travel Mug

Thanks to its double-walled vacuum insulation technology in stainless steel. The lid features a one-piece snap tab that lifts up for drinking and snaps down to seal tightly. It offers an extremely comfortable and firm grip. 👌🤩

Good thermal insulation and grip.

I would have given a 5 star rating, But because it has recently failed to live up to the hype of keeping hot beverages hot for 7 hours, I am lucky I get 4 hours now. it seems as though that whatever was inside that insulated the mug, has, after time (so many times of heat) has dissolved, melted away, some how disintegrated. I now have to drink my coffee faster than I used to. I am reluctant to buy another with thought of the way manufacturing goes today... they keep you coming back. Not a fan of this

Contigo snapseal leak proof 20 oz travel mug

This is probably my 6th contigo mug - they work so well in the beginning! I’ve had a handle fall off 2 of them, and the vacuum seal stopped working on the other 3.  
I love the way it fits into my cup holder in the car, and when the vacuum seal works, my coffee stays hot for SO long.
My last mug was an ello cork bottom and it didn’t hold as much liquid and now the top leaks when I drink out of it after owning it for just one month.

I didn’t have time to do research on what travel mug would stay hot and not leak, so I ran to the store. Contigo was the only option that fit my size/handle/price requirements, so I’m giving it another try. It definitely holds up longer than one month!

Could be so good, but needs some major flaws fixed

I have several Contigo water bottles, and love them all for their excellent design, no leaks, and durability. This one was my favorite for a long time, but the handle got wobbly, as first one and eventually all 4 welds let go. OK, just no handle any more, but still Contigo, right? No. It works as a leak-proof mediocre water bottle, but there is no vacuum any more, as the failed weld spots left small holes when the handle broke away, so with no vacuum, it doesn’t keep contents cold any more.

Excellent product but handle welds are weak

I only had it for 2 weeks and it leaks, I’m not sure why it’s leaking but I do cover it down the right way.
