This mug is the perfect to go cup for that drink you couldn’t leave home without. I appreciate the handle and it has good strength. The lid fits securely and no leakage. My beverage stayed at a nice temperature for the better part of my morning so this is my go to travel mug.

I have the same brand, shorter but use it for coffee. It doesn’t spill out like open cups. It stays hot or cold. 
I can stay in one place longer because my pain is bad right now and don’t want to get up as much. 
I came hook it to my roller that helps me walk. I really love it.

I picked up two of these for when I take my coffee to go. Was great about these is that they keep the coffee very hot for quite a few hours. They fit perfectly in the cupholders. I love the fact that they have the handle so it's easy to grab them and go. Very functional for one your outdoors or drinking your coffee on the go. There were assemble pretty well. They were very comfortable to hold. They're very lightweight and most importantly they keep the coffee hot and this is exactly what I was looking for in a travel mug. Only thing I will say is you have to make sure to put the lid on perfectly or it will leak. Which is with any travel mug other than that it's a great mug and I love it.

Bought 2 for the weekday grind. Been using consistently for a month and love them. Top rack dishwasher safe, keeps the tea or coffee hot enough for the needed couple of hours, (although I start with VERY hot tea or coffee), the slim design is more comfortable than other mugs I’ve tried and the hook-like handle is actually the best part! At my work there is a perfect spot for this cup to hook onto. It wouldn’t work with a traditional handle. The only downside is a slight annoyance getting the lid screwed on at just the right spot so as to provide the opening straight up front. Took me a few days to get used to it. If looking down at the lid like a clock face, place the lid on at about 11:00. It will turn all the way to 6:00 and should be facing you. Hope that helps!

This container will still have ice in it the day after I have used it and its been sitting out on the cabinet all night. My one and only objection is that you have to line the lid up perfectly to get it to turn the exact direction you need it depending on whether you are left or right handed. It would be nice if that part was a little easier to maneuver. A child could not do it

Great bottle in most ways

This is my second item from Contigo. It’s a very good product and that’s why am so unhappy with my second item. The lid is close but it keeps leaking. My blouse got wet when I took  a sip from it. Have to open it to drink from it . I recommend this item it’s good just the leaking.

5 Stars for the cup. 1 Star for the cap.  The cup is great.  Keeps my coffee nice and hot and does not transfer heat to the surface.  But after a few weeks, and mostly NOT using the cap, the cap no longer lines up at a 90º angle to the handle so you can hold it by the handle and drink it with the cap on.  I have no idea how this happened?  Had much older Contigo cups and it NEVER happened.  Makes it impossible to drink with the cap on while holding the handle.

The mouth of the lid ends up almost over the handle.  I ordered 2 and both are about the same. I like the way they keep drinks cold, and they don’t sweat which is a big plus. 
I still have a Contigo mug that Was purchased for me years ago.  It’s better made. Handle is more comfortable and mouth on lid is where it’s supposed to be.  If these 2 that I just ordered had been like my old one, I would have gave 5 stars.  I love my old one a lot!

Contigo 20 Oz travel mug with handle

Bought 2, one had dent in bottom when I unpacked. Very disappointed that it wouldn't fit under coffee maker, lid is hard to secure, I'm left handed and lid won't screw on to accommodate me. And it doesn't fit in my cup holder.

Contigo came with sip cap facing the wrong direction! The handle faces the wrong direction! You would have to be left handed to use it! What were they thinking!
