Heavy duty bags, long and somewhat narrow.  Very thick.  I don't have a Costco card and was looking to replace my Kirkland bags (really those are THE best) but these are thicker, the Kirkland bags are wider.  I use these to line my garbage can.  I imagine you can use these in the yard and sticks wouldn't tear them.

Hefty Heavy-Duty Contractor Extra-Large Trash Bags, 55 Gallon, are the best!!  I've tried cheaper brands of extra-large trash bags, but they rip. The cheaper ones were a waste of my money, so I only buy Hefty now!

Perfect Extra Large Trash Bags!

Quality bags. Recently my family needed to move me to an assisted living facility. these bags were great for packing things in to move from one place to another quickly so that they could be reused for the next group that they needed to send over. it was also great for the things that we did not take and donated so we were able to take them in the bags to the donation site and leave them there.  They are very sturdy bags. I don' believe we got a rip in any of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bags can withstand a true work load. They can be trusted to not rip or tear when load bearing better than any other bags tried.

If your wanting/needing LARGE and DURABLE  bags then these are it. They dont have the drawstring tie offs like the smaller trash bags so if you dont care about that then definitely give these a try.

This one is big enough to "lay" in the garbage can without being hard to get around the top edge, and it stays open better than smaller ones.  It is a little more than I need, but they don't sell "by the gallon" bags of different sizes.

I dont know if there was a defect with my box but I am utterly annoyed because I put a bag in my can and 2 days later removed it from my can for my trash to go everywhere on my kitchen floor. so i n open a new bag to so i can pick up the trash only to find that bag is also split on both sides. Im so annoyed... 6 trash bags all split on both sides. had i known id get a refund but its like it was hidden in the middle of the box or something. do not buy these bags!!! you will have a surprise mess to clean up

These bags smell absolutely aweful!!  They smell like a gallon of the nastiest perfume was poured in the bags.
