It holds hair well when used on dry hair, apply to the roots and then the ends. A little goes a long way. Faint citrusy smell
That is pleasant.

Holds and adds shine

I am a big fan of Aveda products in general and this paste is my favorite of a great line. It isn't sticky, but does the job of texturizing and holding my coarse thick hair beautifully. I keep an extra on hand at all times.

I love Aveda Control paste. It's easy to work with and does its job!

Love Aveda Control Paste!

This product has a nice hold and I love the fact that it's not shiny and greasy. My only gripe is the smell. It smells like a bad men's cologne.

Smells bad but holds well!

I've used Aveda Control Paste for several years. I believe this was an old product as it was dry and felt grainy (like there was sand in it). I returned it to Walmart for a refund.

Aveda Control Paste

The worst product for hair I ever bought in fact I am going to throw it in the trash.  Doesn't seem to be a way to return it.  I tried it when it arrived couldn't stand the fragrance or texture.
What a mistake.

Not a good product

Bought Aveeda Control Paste - item had pulled away from the container and was also an orangey color instead of the light sage green.  Paste itself was not as pliable as usual.    Not the Aveeda quality you find directly from an Aveeda
distributor.

Disappointed in quality

. Aveda control paste was one of my favorite products in this line. This new formula is disgusting and smells awful. What a shame.
