I received my shelf unit today. Assembly was extremely quick and easy with no tools required. It looks great and is quite sturdy. Love the swivel aspect so you can swivel your TV around to attach cords, etc. I'm using it for a 42 inch flat screen LED Smart TV. My TV weighs a lot less than the maximum for the unit (I think the max is 60 lbs and my TV is like 25 lbs) but it is 42 inches when the shelving unit says the max TV size is 32 inches. Not sure why the max TV size is 32 as it works great for a 42 and think it would be fine for any TV that weighs less than 60 lbs. I really love the look and quality of construction. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone! It's a little pricier than I think it should be but that's okay because it looks great and was so quick and easy to assemble.

Great, Sturdy Shelves, Easy and Quick Assembly

The title says it all, if you are looking for a functional piece that looks great at a great price you have found it in this XL Double Swivel Board. Extremely simple to put together, less than 5 minutes and NO tools required. Very substantial in look and feel. In my opinion one could put a considerably larger television set on this stand. Would not put a tubed television over 19 inches maybe 24 but certainly no larger. With a flat screen one could easily put a 40 to 45 inch set on it. The storage shelf below is perfect for a satellite receiver and a DVD or Blu-ray player depending the size of each. An additional feature that I find quite nice, not that I purchased the stand for this, is the swivel which makes turning the set one direction or the other very simple. Overall if you are in search of a stand to put atop a table or dresser to get more height to better view your television you need look no further. This is a most definite recommend.

Great Looks, Functionality & Quality = Great Value

I was looking for something to raise (and swivel) my TV a bit to allow for easier viewing throughout the room (since most TV stands sold these days are rather low).  This stand works perfectly.  It is a solid piece and literally assembles in less than 5 minutes. I was also able to stack my DVR/Cable Box and DVD player nicely on the bottom shelf - this had the added benefit of hiding the wires coming down from the TV.  All in all, it's a really nice item for the $30 that I paid.

Fits the Bill

Recently moved into an efficiency apartment with slanted ceilings... Kinda like living in an attic.
Needed a TV stand that was no more than 10" high. Found this little baby. Worked out perfect!
Went together in minutes and looks great. Although only rated for 60 pounds or a 32" TV max, it handles my 55" TV without any problems. Nice and sterdy. I removed the plastic swivel on the bottom of the unit to add to its steadiness.
Worked out great for me. Highly recommended!

Exactly what I needed.

I bought this for my 81 year old father. He wanted his 32" bedroom TV up higher on his TV stand. We took the swivel off the bottom because it was more stable that way. The swivel on the bottom is easily detached if you don't need it. It just pops off and you have to remove some phillips head screws to remove the rest of it. My dad loves it. We saw one similar to it in another catalog for $70, so we got a bargain through Wal-Mart. We couldn't find a shelf that was the right size, so this stand worked well for us.

Works Well

It's a bit bigger than I expected, but over all, worth the money. It's sturdy and big. It was so simple to put together, no need for instructions. It's a product that works for the price you pay. Plain and simple. If you want something elegant, look elsewhere. If you want something functional, buy this!

My 55" TV fit in this tv stand , it's nice

I am using this for a 47" LCD TV and it is perfect. Very sturdy and swivels easily.

Fantastic!

Pretty good product for price but has 1 drawback. The screws are not metal or plastic. Not sure what they are made of, very breakable if not handled right. I received two broken in the box. I put them under the bottom board but scary close to not being able to use. If they put stronger screws it would be a perfect 10.

Recently got a 42 in. flat screen, it took most of the space. Needed space to put the cable box and game console. Product was VERY easy to set-up. Gave us the space we needed for the component and elevated the TV. Because of the swivel, we can actually directed to one area of the room or the other.

Exactly what I was looking for.

Returned to store. Couldn't assemble because of no holes in one of the panels. Therefore l did not get the opportunity to assess the item or recommend it. When I returned it to Walmart we were told we would have to reorder. I did not want to go through the process again and perhaps get another defective product.
