They all turned out just delicious! I recommend anyone who loves smokers as much as our family to try it out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Apple Mash Hard Maple Cookin Pellets are not messy and are easy to use.  The instructions on the 40 pound bag are easy to read and follow.  The instruction indicates they can be used not only in a Pellet cooker but also in a gas grill.  The instructions are clear and easy to follow.  The pellets appear to be a quality made product.  I followed the instructions on the bag to the letter for a gas grill.  I cooked four pork chops about an inch thick at 400 degrees for roughly 40 minutes, they were delicious.  I cooked hamburgers about ½ inches thick for about 10 minutes at 500 degrees, they were delicious.  I didn't experience a difference in taste or smell of either the pork chops or hamburgers using the Apple Mash Hard Maple Cookin Pellets.  I would not recommend the product to friends unless they were using a pellet cooker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 40 lbs of maplewood apple mash pellets lasts for many smoked feasts. I like that these pellets have no fillers such as bark. The aroma is subtle and sweet. I like that it is not an overpowering taste. My backyard smells amazing when using this in my smoker. I made a ham with these and the taste was a huge hit with my family. I did soak my pellets for a few minutes before use. I feel it extends smoke time. I highly recommend this. I also feel this can be used with any type of meats.

The best smokey aroma of apple mash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our smoker weekly during the summer and this has been awesome to use! We LOVE the apple - it leaves almost a sweet essence to the fish/meat. (We smoke a lot of trout, since we raise it for food). It comes as an easy to use pellets that would fit easily into any smoker tray and it smokes great! I would highly recommend- we have been VERY pleased and will most definitely purchase in the future!

Smokes Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pellets are a MUST HAVE for cooking smokers. We were able to use these recently for a brisket. They provided great aromatics and well as enhanced flavors to our meat. It was incredible.

You can also use these in a standard grill by creating small nest-like balls with tin foil, stuffed with the pellets. I highly recommend this product.

Must have for cooking smokers

The smoke was consistent and had a beautiful scent that attracted neighbors frok blocks away. These pellets gave my burgers and hot dogs an amazing flavor! My friends and family said this was some of the best tasting food I've grilled and I have to say I agree. I absolutely love these pellets and won't be using any other brand from now on!

Great Flavor, Longer Burn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these cooking pellets twice now in my electric smoker. They burn as they should. I didn't have to use more than my normal pellets. They left a great flavor on the chicken and beef jerky that I made. Being a 40lb bag is also great, it can be hard to find bags that big. Overall they work great and have good flavor and of course smell.

Good Pellets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received a bag of Cookin Pellets that has hickory, cherry, apple and maple pellets. I think it would of been better if maple was not with all the rest. Maple just does not fit with the hickory. It does not taste horrible but not as good with just Hickory or without Hickory and use maple with the others. I think they play against each other. But I do love the cherry and apple. We smoked a brisket in did not taste bad, the maple came throw over ride the other flavors. But it not so bad it can't be used just taste is different.
