I fried bone in pork chops and made a great sauce in this pan. The lid is super nice and see through. Great quality especially for the price.

This is a wonderful wok!  The larger center of it, makes for a lot can be on heat at same time.  Now here is a good cooking pan!  I like cooking many things in it at same time, together.  Its size is very good for handling many things added into the pan.  Price was $41 stainless steel cookware, and worth it.
