This machine is great for my 6 year old. She had been able to do lots all by herself and could be more proud. I bought lots of felt and snap buttons and she had sewn so much. Great purchase!

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. We played with it together for a few days then it just stopped working. The light still works but the needle does not. She's super disappointed.

I thought this would be our daughter's first sewing machine however the needle doesn't seem to penetrate on the other side of the fabric. Disappointed. This should be for toddlers!

[Employee of walmartcanada] I got mine in store for my bday and it only came with 4 thing some stuff were missing out of it which I need the other stuff

So disappointing that the needles are not replaceable. The needles are felting needles....the most fragile one in the market as all felter crafters could tell you. How can Cool Craft did not think about the fact that they would naturally break after a few uses? their losses too because the machine does not work long enough to buy extra kits of felts fabric for it :( A total waist of money, heart broken kids and a whole lot of non recyclable plastic too.. My daughter used her machine 3 times for a total of less than an hour btw and she was not rough with either. I am very disappointed and sadly I would never purchased another product from cool craft. they had lost my trust. As a textile  artist myself and a teacher of needle art and craft I will continue to provide my daughter with age appropriated equipment but not from this company. If only the needles were replaceable.... it would had be an amazing product!.
