It's a nice curry but very mild, I added 3 heaping teaspoons instead of 2, to the curried beans and that worked well. It's a large amount of curry in the bottle which is great, we were running out quickly with the smaller bottles.

Delicious curry, I bought this 500g of curry powder from the international section. I was originally $4.68 which is already cheap, but at the cash I paid only $3.78. That's a great deal.

Delicious and inexpensive

This is our usual curry powder and we love it. It will give you a great West Indian style curry dish. This product is a staple in our spice cupboard and I find no need to try another.

Great value for the buck!

Extremely mild flavoured curry powder. A lot is needed to get any flavour into the dish. I made curried shrimp (with only 17 shrimp, about 300 gms) and needed more than two full tablespoons of this powder and I could have added more. Flavour was okay but nothing special. Very disappointed as I have been looking for Jamaican curry powder for a long time. I also added fresh ginger, shallot, and fish sauce (trying to up the flavour). If you want heat (I don't) you need to add your own. Recipes generally call for added fresh chillies, such as Scotch bonnet, which I don't use or want. So this product is at least heat less. But that's probably not a positive for most cooks. 

Also, the company will not disclose the ingredients, which is very poor customer service for those who actually like to know what they are eating and/or serving guests! Will not buy again and cannot recommend. 2/10

After many trips to Toronto we tried it in place of the East Asian Mixes. It's Jamacian. It's the best for my taste buds. Consistent great taste.
