The instructions were confused to me (never see or have to set up a tent before) but my friend helped me the first time. I did all by myself the second time and it was easy. Very big. I'm happy with it

Nice size tent and stayed dry during a huge downpour. Easy set up, we set it in less than 20 minutes. The zipper can be slightly tricky, but manageable. We fit 2 twin mattresses and a youth mattress with space left over. The inside top had a place to hook our lantern and an area for small storage. I was surprised to find 2 side storage pockets closer to the ground. This worked very well for us and was our first time camping.

Very easy and quick setup no directions needed.  Worked perfect.  Perfect height to stand up.    Could prob use a slightly bigger entrance  but access in and out was no prob

We're convinced this purchase was worth our money and time. Now we're protected from the sun at the beach and are able to give our friends and family members a safe haven for eating and relaxation.

Tent is easy to set up and seems to be well built and durable.  I did have an issue with the zipper breaking on the storage bag.  Is there a way to get a replacement storage bag?

CORE Equipment

Works great, easy set up and take down.. smaller than I thought

The rain fly does not go down far enough over the sides of the tent body. It's only a couple inches below the mesh of the tent body. As a result, a strong wind can push dirt or rain up under the rain fly and through the mesh. I took this tent out camping and initially liked it. But we had a very windy day and came back from a hike to find everything inside the tent covered with dirt. It was awful. And that night while trying to sleep, I kept getting sand blow into my ears. I can imagine that in a rain storm, the dirt would instead be water. The design should have the fly coming down to within a few inches of the ground.

A second flaw: The rain fly does not fully cover the front door. Yes, the flaps that cover the zipper do keep water out of the zipper. But if you open the door while there's rain, the water runs down the front of the fly and into the tent. The only solution is to pitch a tarp over the entire front half of the tent.

Finally, on the back side of the tent near the ground is a ventilation opening. It has a flap that covers the mesh opening, but no way at all to secure the flap closed. It can be staked out to keep it open, but there is no provision for keeping it closed. So wind just blows up under it, letting  in dirt and misty rain. That flap should have a zipper or something to keep it tightly closed when ventilation is not needed. 

I do not recommend this tent of any of the others with a similar rain fly design.
