This is a great product. Few minutes in the microwave and it maintains its heat for a good amount of time. No smell either! It travels well too. I bring it in my car on these winter cold days. It warms me up before my car heat kicks in. Will be ordering another one soon.

Micro Bead Moist Heat

These microbead heat packs are wonderful. They're soft, comfortable and hold heat. We use them in the winter to warm our bed. They work so well for relaxing muscles.

Holds heat and super comfortable

So I have found myself taking unusually longer showers this winter, trying so hard to direct HEAT and RELAXATION, specifically on my upper and lower neck plus shoulders...
Tadaa! Ladies and Gentlemen I've found gold :) 
This hits every spot and I can lay in bed after a crazy day at work and enjoy it. It has been hard for me to find anything that a product that soothes the top of neck bottom of neck and shoulders.. Love it.

Finally!!

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. I have several wraps that heat in the microwave, including one that looks like a small cape with a section that goes a little way up my neck.  But this is the one I now use almost exclusively.  It's well made of sturdy material, heats quickly, stays warm somewhat longer than the others, and happily is made in the USA.

Happy with Cervical Pack

I was using much cheaper seed packs up till now and I did expect a similar benefit by its form and design as I experianced with the Core Pillow. But I do not see the value raising as much as I see the price difference to my seed packs.
But it is still a very good product.

I like it

I love the weight and feel of the soft material.  The internal beading (or whatever granular substance has a nice weight to it, but can accumulate in some areas unevenly.  The stitching style reduces this over other brands, though I'm sure.  My only issue is that it doesn't hold the heat for very long.  It's easy to heat in the microwave, but cools too quickly.  I do love how they conform to most shapes you want to apply them too, though.  I've also found it quite useful to place over top of an electric heating pad to apply more pressure.  Together, I'm pleased with the product and still use all three, but just wish the heat would hold for more than a few minutes.

the quality of the materials is great. The problem is the beeds all flow to the ends as you use it and it is really difficult to move them around so they are even. This makes the overall experience annoying. It gets the job done but the quality and design of the stitching needs to improve.

Close but no cigar

I had used this Microbead Moist Heat Pack product for well over a year before purchasing a replacement product.  The new product I happily received had an unsewn seam, allowing the microbeads to fall out of the heat pack.  
Core Products very cordially sent a replacement without question nor did they want to see the original defective product.  The replacement product I received however has the same defect.  I fear calling Core products since they did not take my original defective product as I suggested and now I have a second. In either case I have received two defective heat packs and still do not have one to use.  I will be searching the internet for a better product.

Good product with significant quality problems!

I have two of these. But I don't know what happened it seems like the beads are missing in the long one somehow they must've escaped it needs to be fuller. I agreed that heat does not last too long you have to keep reheating it in the microwave. As other reviewer's have expressed.
