Already own some Square Splendor Corelle, we have these dishes in use for a family of 6 for at least 10 years, probably more.  Some were accidentally broken and prefer the square bowls over the round bowls... there is a certain comfort about food being served on square dinnerware.  

Happy they still make this style dishes so we replaced the ones lost and got a few more... Totally recommend them... The color remains beautiful after washes, no fading, nice and crispy clean surface... ENJOY !

Durable and enduring beauty

I love everything about this set! They are unique, with a beautiful design. These dishes are very durable! I bought a 4-serving set for my family to try them out before going all in with making it an 8-12 serving set. Mine have been heavily used, with steak knives and all. They have been run through the dishwasher countless times. I have even used a plate as a cutting board once, in a pinch (I know, eek!). At least one of everything has been dropped at least once and there is not a single crack, scratch, or chip on any of the dishes. I loved this set, so I am expanding. My older ones still look nearly like the new ones after a full year of heavy use. I can hardly tell the difference.

There's nothing like Corelle!

These are fantastic, sturdy and durable great design.  Good value for the price , wish they had.more pieces.   We use it.for.our Motorhome and they travel.well easy.to.keep clean.

Worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picnic basket set for a college graduation gift.  Color is great, unbreakable dishes is a picnic basket requirement, I added school color place mats, flatware, cloth napkins and napkin rings. With unbreakable stemless wine glasses, the picnics at tailgate party basket will be good for many years to come. ,

We have these in our home and travel trailer. We purchased them for our home because a household member was ruining dinnerware due to a medical issue. the dishes have lasted through many falls and reduced replacement costs. When we got our travel trailer, they fit in well and proved to be just what was needed during bumpy trips down paved an unpaved roads.

I would recommend these dishes in a heartbeat....

I love the red design and the lightweight of the dishes compared to the heavy dishes that I've had for the past 21 years due to the progressive arthritis in my hands. The only thing I'm not real happy about is the small plate because it is quite a bit smaller than what I was use to! But I'll make it work!

New Dishes

This arrived and we quickly replaced our old plates.  These are so much lighter than our other IKEA plates and more stylish.  These can take a beating as well, I have 2 beefy boys who do not pay attention sometimes to what they are doing and are banging these around.  No chips or breaks yet!  Bowls look a bit small but are deceiving, they hold alot.  Small plates are a little small but can help with portion control.  Really like this set.

Light and sturdy, love this set!

I've had in mind to buy another Corelle dinnerware set for a very long time. One day I decided that my other plates are too heavy for everyday use and I purchased this gorgeous, lightweight set. I am very happy that I finally did. I love the square shape of the plates with their rounded corners, the size of the bowls and the pattern. The bowls only have a red edge, no pattern. I use this set all the time now, my husband and son love it as well.

Beautiful set

I love the dinnerware and the design, however it was missing one of the dessert plates from the original box that it came in, which is why I only gave it four stars.  I was credited the amount for the missing plate, which I'm happy with, but now missing one piece from the set.

Love My Corelle Dinnerware

I've purchased many sets of Corelle, some with cups, some without.  However, I have never purchased a full dinnerware set that came with normal big dinner plates, then tiny small appetizer plates.  To me, a dinnerware set should have dinner plates and medium plates, not the small plates that are useless for anything other than putting a teacup on.  The tiny plates included used to come with a circle in the center to rest your cup on, and that's all they were good for, barely big enough to fit a piece of toast on.  The sets are being returned, and I'll look for something that includes decent sized plates.  Unless I missed it, I did not see that the second plate was the smaller appetizer plate, it was hard to tell from the pictures; had that been noted in the description, I never would have ordered.  Liked the pattern though.
