Tent arrived in a box without a case. This is not a pop up tent, meaning you have to put the poles together, etc. Too much work! Unable to return because of the restocking fee and shipping fee due to the price so we ended up buying another tent elsewhere!

was not as sturdy as I thought it would being as it was listed as a heavy duty pavilion.

Not an easy set up.  Many parts, needs 4 people to set up within 30 minutes (minimum), and "notches" to secure poles do not function properly.   Canopy has to be stretched with seams breaking when pulling over frame.  Spend a bit more and save yourself the hassle.   Person beside us had four tents up in the time we had one up,, and theirs looks stable

Came missing pieces and with broken pieces   Very poor quality. Do not buy!

Not heavy duty, very cheap material that rips  if you touch it. Terrible

Terrible

Anything but heavy Duty. The grommets were ripped from the tarpaulin after one night standing ,post setup. Tarp is translucent, and not Heavy Duty. I couldn't describe any part of this tent canopy Heavy duty either. The string provided is silky and doesn't hold knots well. The poles are the thinnest metal ever, and the instructions were lack lustre. I will be returning this item asap.

ANYTHING BUT HEAVY DUTY.

My fiancé set this up securely and with one blow from the wind it went flying to the neighbors house. Thank god there were no damages. Do not buy, it was a waste of time and my hard earned money.
