I have this unit in my upstairs spare bedroom. As the saying goes heat raises. My upstairs become quite warm and humid during the summer months.  I position this unit close to the door leading into  the stairs and hallway. This unit has done an excellent job in cooling and maintaining comfort in Cooling these two areas.

This AC is excellent.  However, read the instructions first.  It says not to use the unit until it has been plugged in for 24 hours and I didn't read it until I had already used it.  There was a slight smell for a day then it went away.  Once the  smell went away, I was in love with the cooling power of this AC.  It is perfect for my Master Bedroom.  Great circulation and very limited noise.  I love it.

its seems like a good little air conditioner

keeps the room above  the garage very cool.  The a/c went out in the house and everyone  was extremely happy we had this extra unit to help keep us cool until the unit could be repaired.

Great price.  We use it in a 12 x 15 bedroom and it keeps it nice in cool.   My 16 year old installed it while we weren't home so it must not be that hard.

Works like a champ

While it's a little bit louder than I'd like, it does the job of keeping my room cool. We did think it didn't have any filters but it does, we're just blind haha. It's affordable (I got this on sale) and my cat likes it. So it's an easy 5 stars

Excellent addition to my office during this unbearably hot summer of 2026.   The Air Conditioner is able to maintain a comfortable temperature and automatically turns itself off when the desired temperature is reached.

Relief for Hot Summer Weather

This unit is TOO noisy..there are only 2 settings hi and low...there is not alot of difference between the two settings. I could not sleep with the unit on without ear plugs . I feel the description of the noise level is under reported . Also, the exhaust hose and window install kit are cheaply made .. I am disappointed in the overall quality .  The unit does get cold but that is what it is supposed to do..
I would not recommend purchasing this unit...

Beware of the noise level !!!

Bad design.  The hose that is supposed to remove heated air from the exhaust is not insulated. This causes heated air to exceed the cold  air, making its cooling effect useless.
