[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a difference!  Replaced a single hose Costway unit with  this one.  Just starting to see info abt %26 availabilty of dual hose models. A little trickier to set up two hoses, but manageable. Cools my 14x22 ft living room %26 even helps to keep adjoining kitchen/dining area with a box fan to direct cool air in that direction. Did not realize that negative pressure created by the  single hose model pulled hot air down from attic, as well as cooking odors from my neighbors. Dual hose model has solved that! Have only used cooling mode %26 so far, no condensation to drain, another plus. Veryvglad I got this. Working well for my needs.

It is absolutely Amazing! So much easier to use then the heavy bulky awkward units you insert directly into the window. I've always had window units, and thought they were just as good. However, I was wrong! This is far superior in every way. Very easy to set up, and move around for storage purposes. One of my favourite features is the fact that you can actually leave your screen in the window! So if there is a tiny gap you're not filling your house with insects. Definitely pleased with my purchase.

Dual-hose for the win

Tent arrived in a box without a case. This is not a pop up tent, meaning you have to put the poles together, etc. Too much work! Unable to return because of the restocking fee and shipping fee due to the price so we ended up buying another tent elsewhere!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little device has come in handy! We have a household member who has to have it super cold to sleep, so this has helped immensely. It definitely keeps the bedroom cool, although it has strained a little on super hot days. On the plus side it has eased some of the strain on our main ac unit and has been able to cool down a pretty large room. Very pleased with this unit!

Did just what we needed!

It works in cooling the room down quite well however it can be a little noisy. Other than that it is as expected.

As expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the dual setup or this unit. Unit does cool quickly but is louder than I expected (nothing too crazy). The window kit that came with the unit didn't work with my double hung windows and I would imagine it leaving a gap for any type of window, so I had to order a separate kit  online. I bought the unit to help supplement my central AC that is older and struggling to keep the house at temp in the humid southern summer.  Unit is big enough to cool a large area and overall I am satisfied with how it is working.  I've only had the unit installed for a week so will update if issues arise.

Makes a loud noise when the air blows out of the hose

Works well but it's not quiet enough

I think the pipes are warming up a lot and you don’t really feel the cold. I have an old 10 year old machine that cools more and has only 8000 btu. I was pregnant at the time of purchase and I live far from the Wal-Mart and I was not able to trade it.

I'm disappointed.
