Good

I'll start with I'm a pretty handy person but never installed anything like this. It wasn't for the faint hearted especially drilling holes through the floor of our RV for all the lines to go to the outdoor unit but it turned out great. I thought these were kind of plug and play just connect all the lines and boom you're done but that's not the case. I ended up having to buy a vacuum pump and gauges to evacuate the lines after connecting them and you have to have a torque wrench and crows feet wrenches but that is about all for the specialty tools. 

After getting this thing completely hooked up we turned it on max and woke up to the RV being 58 degrees!!!! My goodness it was freezing! This 12k BTU unit is more capable than two 15k BTU roof units. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE! Such a great investment.

Ice cold!

i really would have liked it but i boight to help my other a/c unit out, but ended up having to buy a new unit. so i did not need it after all. i never opened it, but i liked the reviews

why i am returning

this unit uses R32 the refrigerant which in case of leaking ,you have problem finding R32. But 410a is popular and every company has it.

seems good but ...

Ordered a 125 bolt unit and got a 240 volt unit. Very limited to no installation instructions. Multiple additional equipment required to self install. No local company willing to do installation.

Not a Good Choice

I'm still missing one item out of two, not delivered despite several follow up calls to customer service.
