Had it for a week now and my 3 year old loves it! Its got some power! And cool features like forward and reverse, as well as a fast and slow speed.  Good enough to drive my 8 year old around too without issue

Awesome product!

Our 4 year old grandson loves this excavator. When he cried all day on his birthday because we told him the giant real excavator behind his house  wasnt his birthday present, we decided we had to get him one. It took about an hour to put together. We bought the warranty in case it doesnt hold up.

so i dont like how flimsy the bucket is. Also it tends to shut off. overall its a neat concept and the baby loves it so its a win.

Received item and all looked good. Took it home and put it together and noticed the parental remote control was not included as advertised.  Very disappointed as this is a Christmas gift for our 2 year old grandson.

Disappointed. Most important part missing.

My grandson loved the excavator!  The only thing I did not like was it only had a squeaking horn.  It should have sounds and lights to make it perfect.  I think he also had hoped for the lights and noise to go along with the experience.  Other than that he loved it and has been riding around on it since.

Horrible balance, it is too back heavy!! my 5 year old is 34lbs and it flips over on the slightest of incline. Very dangerous. I won't even let my 3 yr old ride it! I am thinking of returning it.

Poorly made and a hassle to assemble. The front wheel assembly is very cheap and I expect it break

Need to return the high low gear switch not working

Buyer beware! This product did NOT drive on grass for longer than 20 minutes before running down (20 minutes being generous.) Far less than the Peg Perego tractors. I thought the battery was failing to charge properly and asked for a replacement and they told me that its written in the manual that you can not drive in grass. Waste of money.
