Excellent

Know the item before purchase, purchase was easy

Incredibly disappointed.  This was a Xmas gift for my son.  We assembled, wrapped it with a bow, and loaded my son in!  After 10 min of laughter and joy we were faced with tears and the let down because this thing broke down.    The motor and controls have stopped working properly.   The wheels And steering lock up and then the unit shuts down.    Now what?  I hope to the high heavens the customer service is far better than the quality of this machine.

Frustrating

Walmart's customer service was great. However the jeep it self was not. The horn and music did not work and the jeep would not steer straight or turn well.

Would not recommend this ride on

Just purchased this in May 2023 and I'm extremely disappointed. It's made of very flimsy plastic and the instructions are horrible. Would never have bought this jeep had I known how cheaply made it is. It also does not fit 2 children it's very small. If I could've given zero stars I would have.

Terrible product, not worth the money!

I wish I didn't buy this! So disappointing for my kids. It quit working after a few weeks! And the customer service is horrible. They won't help at all. What a horrible birthday present. Not worth $400 :(

This drove in high speed with my six year old and was very slow. It does not meet the requirements of what it says.
