it is ok, but has tendacy to shut off after 20 mins

Looks are great but would trade looks for a device that actually works out of the box. Pilot does not light and a match doesn't even work. Hating the thought that when it warms up outside, I need to take it apart and troubleshoot it further, particularly since I could use the heat now!

Documentation is very poor as well, particularly assembly of the base and troubleshooting- In addition, the canister door is poorly engineered! For the price, I expected far more! Walmart should have better vetted this vendor!

Very disappointed and frustrated!!! Especially after having owned over a dozen table top units and a half dozen self standing area heaters …. This is, hands down, the worst!

At this time, I cannot recommend this device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Igniter works to start the pilot lite, however,  burner will not ignite after several minutes.

Garbage table top heater

It's quite hard to put together due to the fact that many holes do not align.
After the hassel of assembly we turned it on and it lit immediately. Ignition good!! After using it for a couple of days (a few hours a day) the flame kept going lower and lower and no heat was radiating.  Important to say it was connected to a 20lb propane tank. The tank qas still full. Just to check we exchsnged with another full tank, and the problem persisted. Low flame!! So we returned it. I belueve it's a problem with the regulator.
However the return with Walmart is a pain. No one tells you that these returns are accepted only by certain supercenters. So I had to go to two Walmarts before they accepted to take my return. Also, they gove you a fed ex tracking number and tell you that eventually you're going to receive the refund. When? They do not know, may be 2 weeks, maybe more. So, after this experience I do not think I am going to order on Walmart site anymore. Amazon is thousand time better and more reliable.

Bad experience with the product and with Walmart!!
