I bought this unit in sale at the end of summer because I had heard good things. It works beautifully. I read a complaint about these types if units putting out too much water. Well, that is water no longer in my house making things feel drier and pleasant.

I purchased this portable air conditioner for my garage as I don't smoke in my home.  I'm getting older and don't tolerate the heat and humidity anymore. The air conditioner comes with items to vent the air conditioner exhaust out of regular windows.  I  have casement windows,and I tried to order the proper window sealant portable air conditioner exhaust . But I didn't get the correct size , so mine is gerry rigged.  So, I  didn't have to dump the unit all the time. A tube was hooked up to the drainge opening on the back of the machine.   This air conditioner is fairly quiet.You can roll the unit around very easily. I  have a large garage, 28x28, and it keeps the garage comfortable. It keeps the humidity down and the temperature, too. It has a hard time keeping temperature down on the extremely hot days when there are heat warnings placed. I purchased this on sale when it was about half price and before the hottest part of the summer.  The only complaints that I have are the instructions that come with the unit are bare minimum and don't give much information at all. Please consider that my exhaust is gerry rigged and not sealed the best . I was so glad to get this air conditioner.  I would buy it again and recommend it. It was worth the money.

cools very well   If i would change anything about it,  i would make the plug end cord a little longer.  also, the  window kit is plenty wide enough but would be alot easier if it was a little taller.   my window is pinching the plastic part because its so narrow.  i will include a pic of it.

15,000 BTU, portable heat and air unit

works super good. i have it in my living room, and it cools down all the way to my kitchen.

It doesn't seem strong breeze wise, but we have to stop and think how it is cooling down 3  rooms. Amazing that we could use the oven on one of the hottest days so far and not melt. lol   We have an oversize living room, opened to dining room which is an open door way to the kitchen and kitchen can be accessed from hallway leading to living room. We have used it on medium for the most part and we are not melting away nor are we hot. Realize some of the air is going upstairs also.

Works fine and easy set up day and down at night.

It cools really well. But, it's too heavy. If you set it on carpet like we are, I recommend putting furniture feet pads under each wheel. And don't get the skimp pads either. Without the pads, the wheels will sink into the carpet and leave indentions that will not go away.

Very good product.

The AC works fine. The heat cuts off before the water reaches the drain at the top. The drain line attachment only fits the top opening. I have been unable to find an attachment that fits the bottom opening even online. I have to manually drain this unit at least three times per day for the heat to work. Not happy!

At first it was quiet.  Shut it down one night got up the next morning started it around 10:00 and what a noise.   The hose that came with it was too short and had no clamp to stop it from dripping while I emptied the bucket I had it draining into.  So I had to spend more money to get both.  I think you can do a little better.  I will not buy another.

U unfortunately I don't know whether this air conditioner is a poor quality or if there was something wrong with it right from the manufacturer, but I have keep it in one room which is about 700 ft.² and it couldn't keep it cool it struggled it blew out slightly cool air and just didn't keep the place cold unfortunate now I need to buy another one

the air conditioner won't keep my living room cool let alone any other part of the house..  the heater doesn't work any better than the AC part not happy at all
