Controls are two buttons and a dial.  Heats as well as any of these types of units.  Very simple to use, nothing to set up, and nothing digital to hose up.  Personally, I'm tired of basic devices having complex, unnecessary interfaces.  Been using one of these units for a couple months now.  Seems to be holding up fine.   Quiet.

If you appreciate the type of long lasting gentle heat that an oil filled radiator provides you will undoubtedly like this one. After having my previous heater for many years I began to notice it's cord getting hot after having it plugged in for a while. This new one has never had that issue, I even use it overnight with no issues. Overnight it only raises my electric bill by .08 cents per hour.

Effective and economical way to heat a room

So far so good. My landlord lent me some of these because the gas was out. So I bought one and it feels wonderful right now. I will say that with these type of heaters the back wheels tend to fall off. But I'm going to get another one because this house has lots of cold rooms.

Great

This little heater helps so much with maintaining the temperature of our house! It is cutting down on the electricity bills and feels soooooo cozy! Makes zero noise other than the crackling of the oil heating and cooling at turn on/off. We are buying a second one for the garage.

Buy it!!

Works very well very happy. Heats more than I thought it would. I bought 2 and two blower types. I regret buying the blower types. I should have got 4 of these. Well worth the money I'll buy two more next year. Assembly was simple not sure why people were complaining.

Top notch happy customer

This was the perfect heater for my son's apartment. I purchased it for him. It keeps his space warm and cozy even when the weather is in single digits. He is very pleased and as a mother, so am I.

Shipping was very fast and I'm happy with product.  This replaces my old Lakewood radiator heater I'd had for over 15 years.  It started to over heat, so I knew it was time. I LOVE this heater has the same simple controls my old Lakewood did w/no digital electronics.  Item was well packed, seems well made and sturdy.

THIS IS FOR A 300 SQ. FT. AREA AND IT DOES THE JOB JUST FINE FOR ME ONCE EVERYTHING IS WARMED UP IT KEEPS THE CHILL OFF AND KEEPS IT WHERE YOU WANT IT.  I HAVE HAD MANY OF THESE HEATERS I LOVE THEM THEY HAVE A THEROSTAT SO THEY SHUT OFF WHEN THEY REACH THE TEMPERATURE YOU SET THEM FOR. AND THEY WORK WELL THE ONES WHO HAVE THE PUSH BUTTON ARE THE BEST AND THIS ONE DOES.  IT IS BIGGER THAN THE OTHER ONES AND A LITTLE BIT CHEAPER AND DOES THE JOB!! ♥

GREAT FOR THE MONEY AND WORKS WELL ♥

It does not heat very well. and it takes too long to heat up. I have a 15-year-old one that's only 5  slats and heats up right away and gets very hot. It was past the return time, so I wasn't able to return it. I wanted to, but I forgot about it at the time. I won't buy another one.

I ordered two of these heaters. The one works good and sets level on the floor. The other one, which is exactly like the first, leans forward as if the wheels are the wrong size. We've tried switching front to back and visa versa, but the heater still leans as if it's going to fall over, which cpuld be a safety issue. They're expensive heaters - almost $100.00 each, and we will probably return the one that I leans in the very near future.
