I ordered this product. It does put out a nice warmth. It is not an overpowering warmth that take your breath away but a soft gentil warmth. Only flaw I see is you need the remote to raise the tempature up and down. As for the delivery there was a mishap in the shipping. They accidently sent a very pink office chair. The company was very polite and the issue was addressed and taken care of.  I say if you get a chance try the other products they sell through Wal-Mart.com.

After 4 months of use- the heater died. We used the heater around 4 hours a day until January, then our temps dropped so we used in our bedroom through the night (8 hours).

Couldn't make it through Winter

It's OK, but just OK.  After setting it up, it didn't sit perfectly vertical which concerned me, so it could use a wider base stand.  But it doesn't tip over.  I like the remote, but it has a glitch in that whenever you select the plus or minus icon to change the heat setting, it automatically changes to high power mode even if it was set to low power.

I bought it to take the chill off.
I am NOT satisfied. It blows cool air when it reaches it temp.

Received my item and unfortunately it was all scratched up. Not what I expected. Will be returning for exchange or refund

Unsatisfied

The unit died after less than 2 weeks of use.  When I took it out of the box and set it up it looked promising.  But it wasn't as quiet as I had hoped.  The remote was a nice feature, especially since the buttons are on the front, so not very easy to access unless bending over.  But it didn't matter in the end because it stopped working after about one and a half weeks.

I purchased this heater on 11/30/2020, received it 12/02/2020 on 12/07/2020 it completely stop working. I barely had it on but a couple hours each day on a light setting. It just completely shut off in the middle of a frigid night for me, I thought maybe overheated, so I allowed it to sit 20 minutes and upon plugging back in it was completely dead no power to unit at all. I contacted the company and they have done nothing but hassle me around, no direct answers and no number to speak to a actual human. The heater when working would only allow for you to have it on a low setting or else it would shut off in higher setting with in a hour. This heater is very poorly constructed and not worth the price what's so ever. For a heater costing well over $100 I would expect a whole lot better quality and performance. Future buyers beware you have been warned, purchase at own risk!

Super over priced pile of junk!!

I bought 2 of these units. One worked for about 2 and a half months and then suddenly quit working altogether.  The second one worked for less than a month.  I would never recommend this product.  There is no reason for it failing to work, there is something defective in the manufacture of it.  The on and off switch will not go either way.  It was more expensive than many other towers, and most cube models.

Not worth buying

The heater stopped working after 28 days.  The same issue mentioned in other reviews.  The on/off switch will not set to the off position.  The majority of the 5 star reviews were written by Costway customers.
