I gave 5 stars because the fan is the best, the put together instructions are horrible/non existent, I finally gave up and looked up how to instructions on YouTube and only took 5 minutes (after spending 20 messing around with the horrible instruction page) then I had to look up instructions on how to use/operate the fan, nothing in the instructions about usage. I really like the fan and will purchase another, but the company should really come up with a better instruction booklet on how to assemble the fan and how to use the fan (explain what the buttons are for, why and when to use this button or mode) just my thoughts

I bought 2 and as soon as they arrived I put them together and turned them on. They worked just great. Come night, the fan was performing just great on the sleep mode. In comparison to other fans, these 2 were very quiet with barely a noise. The fan did push out a lot of air and after a few hours it started to get a little chilly. Wonderful fan! I would buy again.

Who would have thought

even the medium setting is cold and it covers most of my decent size living room. the remote is very handy. the directions in the manuel could of better with english but I was able to figure it out.   one con. you have to put the entire thing together. that's all. it has two sets of blades inside. I love this fan. it's quiet

The fan in and of itself is very good.  The process to get it working was not so much.  However, it took some digging to get help but the manufacturer was very helpful even if resolving the problem took a while.  In the end, the made right by me and made a happy customer

Great Fan As Long As All The Parts Are There

Pro:
Perfect size for my bedroom fan. I sit it in one corner, turn on the oscillating function and it covers the whole bedroom and keeps it cool without issues. I have a PC tower workstation in my room, I work from home writing web applications so believe me when I say my computer and multiple screens can heat a room pretty quickly. However, with this fan on, it is not bad at all even when I have to close my door for client meetings. 
Con:
If you are into having remotes then great this has one, however, I would have been fine with them knocking 10 or 15 dollars off the price and getting rid of the remote. You don't need it.
Next is the noise. In my opinion, my roommate doesn't think it is bad, in the low-speed setting it makes a weird noise. It might just be because there are two different size fan blades here but it sounds like you are in a wind tunnel. Hard to explain in a review. Once again she thinks I am crazy but to each their own. 
Summary:
Great fan, I am glad I bought it. It was easy to put together (slow down and take your time). It moves a great amount of air and overall is pretty much exactly what I needed. If it lasts for 6 months or more I will say it is worth the price. So far it has been one month and I have had no issues.

The perfect fan for what I needed.

Seems like a great fan, however, after taking give minutes to put together, I noticed no pedastal! So it's useless until they send one. Wanted me to wait 7-8 days. After picking them out of thousands of companies I said they should expedite the order. Have not used it yet.

Once put together, the speed and air movement is good. However, the parts are mismatched - where the fan attaches to the adjustable post, it is too big and does not fit snugly and leans so it needs to be shimmed

I've never had to put a fan together so having to put this one together was not fun at all. The fan is quiet and its nice that it has a remote. Doesn't move as much wind as I would like, but it okay. It looks very nice. Don't expect a lot of power out of this fan.

Put in work for an just okay product

Where's the remote batteries? 
The fan isn't as sturdy as the Lasko I bought several years ago (that still works but lost 2 settings of the 4 speed). This was to replace it but I'm worried it won't hold up to Texas hot summer after reading reviews. Directions were a joke. There were 2 parts that were to be removed to put together that wasn't stated so I finally realized they had to be removed. And the spinner works opposite as a normal screw on/off (I had to get pliers to hold the shaft while I used vice grips to turn spinner off.) I'm 66 but I don't remember the last fan I put together requiring so many tools.

Where's the batteries?

I have had this fan for less than 3 months. It stopped spinning after about a month. The light goes on but nothing happens. I had to take it apart to get the blades spinning again. Here I am once more having to take it apart to get the blades going again. Waste of money.
