The step stool is super sturdy, not wobbling when stepping up on it. The padded handle adds to the quality too. And the steps are a little wider than other brands that looked at. My wife was thrilled to receive this as a Christmas gift.

For my "vertically challenged" wife

This items is a bit on the heavy side, but then...I need something on the heavy side.  So far the weight is the only minus I've experienced...but as I said, I need it to support quite a bit of weight.  Just wish it was a itty bit lighter is all.

Very positive on construction and materials

I purchased this same 2 step stool for myself about 6 years ago and love the sturdiness  of it.  When my sister recently moved into Senior Housing I found out she was using a 4-legged tipsy stool to stand on to put her dishes, etc into her top cupboards. I immediately bought this stool for her as a housewarming gift. She was SO grateful.  Now I can have piece of mind that she won't tip over and hurt herself!

Safety and piece of mind.

An excellent two-step stepladder that is very sturdy yet lightweight enough to easily move about and expand or collapse. The treads are wide and deep for secure footing and the padded grip raised across the front of the ladder provides extra support.

Sturdy but lightweight

Perfect for kitchen to reach upper cabinets.  This little ladder really came in handy when I had to change all the batteries in all the smoke alarms located on three levels in my home including my basement.  I was able to get to the alarms without reaching too much and the ladder was light weight enough without struggling from floor to floor. Very nice!

Best little ladder. . . Especially for women.

I love this little step ladder/stool! It's extremely sturdy, and the platform is larger than I have encountered with many other models. This makes you feel very safe when climbing it. It easily locks in place without muss or fuss. And it easily disengages the lock when you need to fold it up.

Great purchase!!

I really like this step stool. I'm 235 lbs. and I feel good about using this to reach into high places I couldn't before.

Nice and sturdy

Extremely well made, very impressed EXCEPT there is a tear in the black rubber on the top handle. The bubble wrap was over it as I saw it before I removed the bubble wrap. The outer plastic was not damaged, so clearly done at the plant. Unfortunately, this will only grow. Not worth the effort to ship back.

It was a good height and seems like it would work. But if you step near the edge of the bottom step it'll fold up and make you get off it. The steps need to be able to be locked in place.
