[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heater looks just like a real fireplace the glow of the flames makes it look like a real fireplace. The heat output is great, I love the look of the heater and being able to adjust the temperature is a really good option. Also, when you remove it from the box it is ready for use nothing to put together. Very satisfied with the fireplace heater I have had it for over a month and have had no problems.

I love it so far. Setup was fast and easy, nothing to assemble. The flames are realistic and the heater works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it's ready to go out the box just  read the directions and plug it in I really liked it a very good value for the price heater also works good the only bad thing is the remote it kind of  just works when it wants to you have to get up close to it and keep pushing the buttons and after a while it will turn on or off that's why I gave it a four star, but besides that it's great. (it does not make wood crackling sounds but what I did I got an old phone and recorded 7 hours of wood burning noises then I put the phone in a metal food can and place it behind the fireplace it looks good and sounds good 👍
