[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heater arrived as advertised, I removed my old heater unit and easily installed this unit. Simple process, BUT I did finally realize that it ONLY has (1) heat setting.  I thought it had (2) low/high, BUT it works great.  Very nice color selections of flames and levels of brightness (the lower white rocks really do look great.)

beautiful as a stand-alone heater in my den. I will be keeping it.

Unit is good, looks good, works well. However in the write-up it should say "Rear mounted". his unit can not be mounted from the front unless you make a frame that allows you to install it from the front.
