Pictures in instructions are difficult to understand, causing assembly issues.

Requires extra effort to assemble all parts correctly.

They are of good quality. I should have earned an engineering degree while assembling them. Unfortunately. I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer. However, I got what I wanted..2 rockers.

Easy to put together. Looks and feels very nice. My favorite glider chairs!

These chairs are worth the money. The first chair took me longer to put together. Once I got the hang of it , the second chair took no time.

Nice chairs but took a lot of work to put them together.

Instructions make it possible to put the chairs together but very confusing pictures and took a good while to assemble, but once done the chairs are nice and comfortable and just what I was looking for

The assembly is difficult. The illustrations are not very helpful or clear and the screws are placed to close together to get confused with. The plastic pieces are very difficult to remove.

Difficult to assemble.

Price was too high for quality of product.  A lot of assembly required, and one of the legs had holes drilled for hardware in an off position making the leg crooked.

Not as sturdy as other products, we purchased a different one from another brand and the swing arms are much better, as they have small bearings in them that you can change later down the line, and these have none only plastic bushings, which wont last long

Doesn't slide smooth and easy. Cross bar hits back of your leg

Price was right, they were on sale, now I know why. When I opened the box the frame was already rusted! It was cello wrapped and rusting already, imagine what it will look like after a month outdoors? the coating is sub standard, otherwise I would be happy, but no one wants a rusted rocker, and in this case 2.
