[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, go on youtube and watch the company video of how to assemble this. Instructions make zero sense. After finally building the item, i notice the straps are not secure and slid around easily with very little pressure. I dont know why you would sell a bike rack like that? With straps that dont even work?? Sounds like an accident waiting to happen. Smh. POS
