I an already had a similar brand of which I thought I was 100% satisfied. I happen to have a multi unit dwelling. So I hit two other units and I was buying this one for the third and to my surprise it was better than I imagined. It was so mesmerizing that I had to exchange it with the unit I bought for myself I love the color crystals, and I love having the ability to change the crystal color as well as the flame color, and the depth of the color, so again I thought this unit was totally captivating and I would suggest that other people by it I think that they would be thoroughly pleased

Love it! Sooo calming and pretty to look at. Haven't had a reason to really test the heater other than to make sure it works, but it does so, so far so good there.

Great at what it does! Decent heat output with blower with great realistic fire. Bonus is the endless amount of colors you can change it to. Easy to install and looks great

Instructions were confusing and useless....unless your a mind reader you just have to wing it...message me if  you have problems and you will with instructions...

Great Purchase!

LOVE IT! I put in a small bedroom on the corner of the house where the wind seems to make it colder.  It doesn't put out a lot of heat but just right for what I wanted.  The colors you could choose for your fire image are beautiful.  It wasn't difficult to put up at all.  I just suggest you make sure to anchor it well if you are putting it on a wall.

bEAUTIFUL HEATER/WALL FIREPLACE.

I love it-Looks great  BUT 
The 2nd time I used it - a noise started 
I tried Turning it off, unplugged it and still sounds like a motor clicking

the remote doesn't work have to unplug the heater for at least 10 minutes and plug it back up for the remote to work all day everyday

makes a really loud annoying noise while running, not impressed with purshase. The flames are really faint and not worth the price.
