Water

We purchased this dehumidifier because our basement was smelling musty and everything was wet.  We have owned this for 8 months and it is working wonderfully.  There is a sound but it is not over-powering.  I do have to clean if often due to mold forming in the bottom of the water container.  Our basement is approx. 2000 sq. feet and is unfinished.  This is one purchase that I wish I had made earlier.   It does a great job.

No More Musty Basement

my house is mustier than i thought.  i had to empty my old dehumidifier about twice a week. this one i have to empty three to four times a day. it works much better. i don't have a place to put it for self emptying, but, it can be set up to do that. this way i know how much water it is actually pulling out of the air.  unbelievable. works great.

Product works great! It's made our whole house feel so much better. I did a lot of research before buying a dehumidifier and this one definitely lived up to my expectations! The water tank is large, we run it continuously all day and we have to change it about every 12 hours. It holds a lot of water so it's a little heavy to dump but comes with a handle that makes it easier. I highly recommend!

Arrived very quickly. Set-up was easy.  Working great so far.  Only had it for a week.  Drain hose does not work so I have to empty the bucket every day. This is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.

Basement dehumidifier

Working well so far But 4 stars due to The fact that water fills close to the top of container so you run the risk of spilling When emptying humidity level reset every time the unit is turned on and off

It's working, dehumidifying. Be warned, There is no warranty information from the manufacturer, no manufacturer contact info, anywhere. When I purchased this I was unable to find info on warranty because dehumidifiers don't last but 3 or 4 years for us. I was very glad I opted for the 4 year extended warranty. I'm not saying that this unit is low quality, I don't know yet, its only been running for 4 hours. But, no manufacturer's warranty or contact information that I could find included with the unit.

When I recieved this dehumidifier I could tell just from the size of the box that the unit would be too small for my needs.  The company charged me $50.00 to return the item, even though the box had not been opened.  I am very dissappointed and will not trust Walmart ever again.

Had To Pay To Return!!!

Too small and so complicated with poor instructions that I cannot figure out the controls. The tank is so tiny that I have to empty it four or five times per day on a Fall day in Ohio when it is not even humid.
