I am surprised at the quality of this electric fireplace.  The price made me think it would be lower quality in design, etc.  Not the case; it's works perfectly, beautiful ambiance lighting and warm. Other reviews said the fan was noisy but with any electric heater you have fan noise and I don't feel this is excessively loud; more like white nose!

It does such amazing job of keeping my room so warm. I don't even have to use my unit for me to buy it from the clearance sale. I thought it was gonna be a bad deal, but it turned out to be great.

I think what I like most about it is that I'm using it right now during the summer for the fireplace feature the other thing I like is the different sizes I got one exactly the size I wanted.

I received my order when I was told I would I am very happy with it and I would recommend it to anyone who is in need of a heater, fake fireplace it has 2 different color settings for the flames and is well built

i love this fireplace, the colors, the warmth. it is perfect.

the only neg is i wish the flames were more realistic.otherwise its quiet several settings for flame colors rock colors flame speed and dimming as well as a timer can be done from unit or included remote control and it gives off a nice amount of heat  that has 3 settings as well.would recommend and buy again

Loved fireplace but too large in depth. Had to return but after printing out return barcode from website, Little Rock Shackleford store said I couldn't return to their store. They stated they had no way to return it to supplier. Told me I had to go home and print out a label and send back via carrier. Why would the website give the Return to Store option if it could not be used.

Great Fireplace didn't fit space

Beautiful design sleek with wall hugger capability. It states that it heats up to a 400 ft.² room, but does not seem to heat as much space as advertised. This hangs at the end of the hallway and really doesn't keep it warm.

The remote control quit working 2 weeks after we started using it. Company sent a new remote but it never worked. The fireplace also makes a clicking noise when on.
