It came preassbled, so I added some wood glue and clamped it, and it should be OK now. But for never having been used before, I'd say some improvements could be done in their manufacturing of these. Otherwise, they look great and are pretty comfortable.

The appearance is beautiful,  but the assembly was really difficult even some holes were not correct,  I had to use my drill. it took long too like 6 hours, very squeaky when I sit down makes me feel like  screws are not right but they are,  the ropes have a horrible smell,  had to wash them down with fabric softener to release that smell.

The chairs themselves are beautiful. Putting them together is another story! The holes didn't line up, had to drill out different holes ourselves. It was a pain in the sss honestly.
