I have used a similar model for 5 years, every day, sometimes multiple times each day. That model finally broke down and I ordered this one from Walmart to replace it. This model is bigger and more powerful than the one I used before. The tub capacity is adequate for 2 pairs of regular mens jeans, 2 shirts and underwear/socks with no problem. The water agitation is very strong, turning the suds into more of a foam - kind of the same as you would see in a HE washer. The spinner is very strong. I spin my laundry for only 3 minutes and then hang it to dry which takes like 20 minutes for lightweight items and up to 12 hours for heavy jeans and/or big heavy toweling. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone with the common sense to operate it. I fill the tub with water, laundry and detergent then turn the timer on 9 minutes, which is more than enough for my laundry. When it stops, I transfer the  laundry into the spinner and spin it for 1 minute. Then I add water to the spinner until it drains thru drain hose and spin for 3 minutes giving the laundry a spin rinse. Take it out and hang to dry.  No creepy laundromat and each load takes about 15 minutes total. I love it!

Bigger and better than expected

This thing is a lifesaver! I live in an apartment with no W/D hookups and despise going to the laundromat. I live alone so don't have large amounts of laundry to do and decided to give this machine a shot to cut down on time and money spent at the laundromat. It was very easy to set up and use - I didn't really bother with the instructions as they are in broken English, but the machine is simple and using it is straightforward. When empty, it's light enough to move around fairly easily so it now lives in my bathroom and I move it to the tub when I use it. To use, I just fill the washer with detergent and water, load the clothes, then turn the dial to agitate for however long. When it's done, I drain the water and do a rinse cycle, drain again and move over to the extractor. The extractor works surprisingly well and gets almost all the moisture out of clothes, so that I only have to hang dry for several hours before everything can be put away. It is slightly more labor-intensive than a regular washing machine, but not so much so that it's a pain to use. If you have a large family and lots of laundry, this probably isn't a very helpful solution but it definitely does cut down on trips to the laundromat. You could probably wash a small amount of sheets and towels in it if you have somewhere to hang dry them (I do not). Do note that the extractor is a lot smaller than the washer though - if I do a full load of laundry I end up using the extractor 2-3 times so as not to overload it. 

Overall this has been a fantastic purchase! This machine is so clever and useful and works great.

Great little machine

i used right away.  It has a strong wash. I put 5 small items in just to test it out., then used the spin side.  I was very please that the items felt like they where dry.  I hung on the clothes line just to get rid of any little moisture before putting away in my drawer.   Great product for the price.  I can kiss the laundromat good bye.

Great machine  for the price.!!

This requires some manual work to fill with water, wash, rinse, and spin. It is not for everyone but it definitely works well for small loads of laundry if you do not have connections in your building. It washed a lot more than I anticipated but spins less than I anticipated. You need to push down and level out the weight before you spin. The instructions are almost useless, just read other reviews to help you figure out the best way to operate it.

Good

I absolutely love this washer. Simple to use and put in my bath tub and wash away. Just remember to rinse your clothes after you spin out the water after a min or so. Instructions are crappy but its really easy to figure out. Holds a good amount of clothes and spins them very dry.

Love it

I've had this washer for almost a year now and used it almost every day since it arrived.  No washer/dryer hookups in my apartment, so I put it into my bathtub.  It is so light and easy to use, that my children operate it easily.  Definitely worth every penny that I paid for it!

Great buy!

Machine came without a scratch but the spinner cover that goes into the spinner on top of the clothes was too large to fit inside the basket but to me this is no big deal as centifigal force keeps the garments pasted to the sides of the basket anyways and if the spinner lid should happen to come open the spinner will stop spinning anyway as a safety feature  so why bellyache about such a moxnix thing? We have used the machine twice and it cleans the clothing real well. The wife likes it a lot and so do I because it is lightweight and spins out most of the water from the garments in 5 minutes or less and the garments dry fast on hangers hung on a rack, sure hope it lasts a while.......

neat little machine

Arrived on time and in great condition. I like that it's small enough to fit in my tiny bathroom. It works well and I was shocked to see how much I can load in one wash. The only downside it that my clothes gets all tangled-up all the time in the washer. So to avoid making it all tangled I always put it under gentle and only wash it for 3 mins, untangle the clothes. Then I restart the washer for another next 3 mins.

So far nobody has mentioned lint or the fact that clothes get tangled together and stretched out. It gets clothes clean in a few washes and rinses. I have to wash the clothes at least 4 times for the water not to look kinda gross. It works but clothes get tangled so badly.. and when you get new things, there's no lint trap so there's lint all over the clothes. Plus, it doesn't drain all the water so if you don't use it for a few days, it kinda gets smelly.

Tangled and linty

the outlet hose that you supposedly are supposed to hook to the kitchen faucet does not fit. I have tried three times to email the only web information on the booklet, there are no phone numbers to reach them directly, comes back “failure to send”is not a valid email.
