We LOVE this sectional! It takes a minute to put together.  We found it easier once we loosely assembled it to see where every piece went.  When it arrived we were short 1 back pillow.  After going back and forth with the 3rd party, Costway, they ended up sending it.  The cushions you sit on are firm and the back pillows are "fluffier".  We would buy again!

Love the set. Dislike that nothing holds the sectional from slipping apart. Other than that it's great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This took a long time to put together. But also... the cushions! They are like sitting on slabs of concrete. I bought this set because of the price and the dimensions of the cushions, because I didn't want something thin. So, they are nice and thick, I will give it that. But also hard as a brick. I'm not regretting my purchase, because of the price, but also, maybe that nicer (still thick but comfy) Better Homes and Garden one for an extra $300 would have been a better option. I feel like when my guests sit, I will have to apologize for the hardness. I will for sure have to warn them before sitting! It's quite shocking.
