Love this! I was going to buy a small inflatable pool for lounging & suntanning but it'd be a too much like kiddie pool. This hot tub, is great!  I don't heat the water, so it's nice & cool to dip in. Holds 4 if they each sit in a corner. My hubby and I are 5'7", I'm 5'3", and we can stretch out easily. Easy set up, plugs into reg 110 outlet, folds away for storage. Water is pretty easy to treat & keep sparkling fresh. Love love love this hot tub / cool tub!

if it works  it was nice. but after 6 months i go out to check heat for holiday company to use it and its 32 degrees in an  unattached  garage  un heated . my electric  bills showed it was on but obviously  it is not working  right. should have known returned it in 1st week when it had an air leak in the seams of the outside wall. 
bought a patch kit to fix that, thinking if thats all goes wrong .. then so be it, i could live with a patch job looking appearance.  but now this!
6 months ! hundreds of dollars  for what would be a 250gallon ice cube if i dont  drain it.  then its its worthless when I do drain  it.  Go with a better known company. and review customer satisfaction  as to how company  honors their products.  or if they just leave you high and dry like this did me.

I received my hot tub 10 days ago. It went from 66'f to 94'f then stopped . Now it drops 5 degrees every night. I WANT MY INTEK hot tub back...I've emailed costway and it's beem 5 days no response...very very disappointed absolute junk....Not recommended. If you can find a intek go with them...

No heat

I purchased this item 
It broke after 1 week 
I got no help from the makers 
It is a big item to return 

It is written on the instructions manual on the first page  DO NOT RETURN ITEM

Don't buy it is a defective product

It was filled with hot water at 86 degrees. It's been 2 days and has lost 4 degrees. We had an intek tub that was great. This one is junk. Poor non insulated cover. Does not heat. Absolute garbage. I wish there was a scale for minus stars

Gorelax spas are junk

Buy another brand. It auto shuts off because "the filter needs cleaning". But I would like for it to be usable when I want. Not come home from work to a beeping hot tub that's takes  16 hours to climb 10 degrees
