I love this ladder. It's sturdy.
My favorite thing about it are the wide steps. I am 72, but feel safe on these steps. The ladder is perfect size for my kitchen. I can easily reach to clean the tops of my cabinets, and can easily touch the ceiling. I also love that it has a soft padded grab bar at the top.

Great Ladder

This step ladder has metal steps, non slip padding, it feels very sturdy. It's so tall that I can reach my ceiling with ease, and it doesn't wobble or feel unsafe. Folds flat and stores away in my closet with no trouble at all. This was a great choice for me and my family.

Very tall step ladder

Nice, nice utility ladder.  Due to health issues that have resulted in a loss of height, I needed something taller than a regular step-ladder to reach high shelves.  This 
ladder meets my needs perfectly.  It is very sturdy so I feel safe using the top step.  It is a bit heavy to drag around but that is because of its size and quality of construction.

Solid, Sturdy, Well-Made Utility Ladder

I love this stepstool! It doesn't take up any more space than my smaller one, but I feel so much safer not having to extend my reach...this gets me to where I need to be without teetering on the top shelf.  Highly recommend!

Feeling Safer

Love my heavy duty step stool. It's sturdy and I feel save  when on it. And I can go up to my ceiling and feel safe. Yes I recommend it. And I got it on sale as well.

Slow delivery as product shipped from California but got here in good shape. Took a star off because of this. It is a lot more sturdy than we thought it would be and has some good weight to it. Good deal for the money and it is recommended.

A nice sturdy ladder

Great ladder when you don't have space for a regular size ladder. Can reach up to 9ft ceilings or top of kitchen cabinets . Pretty sturdy to stand on as well

Great ladder space saver as well

I like the height of this step ladder and that it's not super heavy so that I can easily manage it.  BUT I'm not sure exactly how “heavy duty” it really is. It seems a bit flimsy  when opened. I question if it would really hold 330 lbs.  My husband is around 225 lbs and looks at it doubtfully.  It'll definitely work for me just reaching some of the higher places in my closet, so if your looking for a tall stepladder for light use around the house, this is a good one. But don't get it if you are heavier or need a stepladder for more than “light” reaching.

It has to be put in the floor , then

I would like to send it back. But I have 
Had it too long.
I have only use it 2 times .
Because it is so hard to stand up.
