I love this set!  It is perfect compliment to the rest of my furniture.  It is low but very comfortable.  It is great for conversation and just sitting back.  We love it and highly recommend!

I really like the look of this couch. It's big enough for what we need, and it wasn't too difficult to put together. There were times when I did need a second set of hands so that's important if you are putting it together yourself. The colors pop and is a comfortable sitting area. I will say, however, that I'm surprised at how much water is retained in the cushions when they get wet. We have tried to pull them in when it rains, but if we're not here or the rain moves in too quickly, of course the cushions get wet. The actual cover seems OK but it is the foam cushion itself that holds a lot of water. Do you want to put it in direct sunlight after a rain so it dries out. I'm afraid that may ultimately fade the color, but we'll see. More positives and negatives to say about this. We really enjoy it!

Great for the price, with few drawbacks

First, Buy an Hex set for your screw gun/drill. Building anything with an Allen Key is slow and painful. My wife and I put this set together in 90 minutes. It comes with 2 different types of screws. It could have easily been one size and made things a little easier. Directions could have been more clear but totally doable if you have patience. This set was under $500 so remember you get what you pay for. I really hope this set lasts more than one season...time will tell.

Looks great but you do get what you pay for.

This set would be perfect for kids. For the money, it's good. It seems very sturdy, but it's like sitting on a short kids couch. Three hours of assembly and I'm not dealing with sending it back. I wish I had paid more for a different set.

Not for average- to tall people

I kept trying to contact you about getting the instructions to build the furniture because I was assembling myself, I am disappointed you did not help me!  I had to pay an extra $100 to get a Handy rep to come %26 help me assemble.  I'm very very disappointed with your business practices.  I do like the furniture %26 plan to keep it but I can't believe your company doesn't care about these matters.

Your business ethics are questionable

Holes don't line up well, could use larger holes or longer slots. Some of the welded in nuts are crooked therefore the screw would cross thread.

Not the best value for the cost

Cheap set but does the job. Holes were not lined up at all so it made assembling extremely difficult. Would not recommend

It came with the wrong parts and has been a pain to try and get the right once's from the company

WARNING.  STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.  Where to begin.  It took two of us 3 hours to assemble just the chairs.  All of the pieces of this set come with Allen bolts.  Have you ever tried using an Allen wrench for 50 bolts?  With a flimsy Allen wrench tool?  It's torture.  Okay, so after 3 1/2 hours two of us got the 2 chairs together.  On both chairs, the last Allen wrench bolt did not line up with the frame.  I had to use tools to align it.  But here's the kicker.  The height of the seat of the chair is 14".  If you are 4" tall, that's fine.  If you're an adult, it's like sitting on the ground.  After almost 5 hours, I'm done.  This is going back.  Note to the design engineer:  Allen wrench bolts are AWFUL....and this product had 50 of them!  Unbelievable.

This product is HORRIBLE.

Poor quality and very small, you cannot get them to respond for a return. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM.
