Screws are hard to access and install due to poor design.

Can be sturdy, but also prone to flimsy parts.

Requires multiple components to be attached in a specific order.

I Had issues on putting the single chair due to incomplete packaging of parts, but the seller was very professional and pro-active on solving the issues I have with the parts.  They  are quick to shipped the missing parts and I was very impressed on the actual look of the set.  Very pretty!

Everything looks great. Was pretty easy to put together. Defiantly need two people ! The cushions are not as thick as I would like but pretty good until I change them out. Looks very pretty and fits my small area in my yard.  The back pillows I think I will change out with something bigger but all in all I really like it.

Assembly was a tad bit tricky but the overall outcome is beautiful. It's small, great for an apartment or small patio, but still comfy. My brother who is 6'4 found it comfortable. I would suggest getting different pillows they are a little lumpy but nothing major.

I love the look of the set. I wasn't as fond of the height of it, but it's comfy to sit on. The only real issue we had was that it took a lot of work to put it together. Several of the connecting pieces seemed to be slightly off, making it harder to fit together the right way.

If we were to buy again, we would definitely have someone put it together for us.

Instructions leaflet missing pages so we had challenges to assemble complete set including coffee table.  Also coffee table top was missing two suction cups to hold glass top,  overall it's good furniture, we are enjoying it.

Good furniture but instructions not proper

Extremely difficult to assemble. You will need at least 2 people and a full day to put everything together. We are going on day 2 of assembly! An allen wrench is the only tool used.  There are 2 different size screws and they are placed together in the same bag so before you can even begin you have to sort thru all the screws and organize into the different sizes. Be prepared to assemble everything, the feet do not even come attached.

dont order from castaway. ive been asking for my order for 3 days after being told each day it will be there tomorrow. now im over it and just want my money back. if you like a good oh run away on an item they are the people for that. thats for sure!

missing items!

It does not come with instructions to put it together, the screws are placed in the most inconvenient places. There are over 50 screws you need to do by hand! And the quality is far below my expectations. And I can't just return it to my local
Walmart.

Don't waste your time or money.

No cushions were included and missing screws and a whole seat. Was expecting several boxes and only received 1 box several parts missing. Very disappointed.

Not happy since I can't use it for my gathering

What a nightmare!  Holes did not line up.  Spend hours trying to assemble (3 of us) before packing it up and taking it back to the store.  2 weeks later, half the order showed up on my porch again.  STILL no refund.  Total waste of time and money.
