Directions are unclear, leading to difficulties.

Assembly process is hindered by misaligned parts and inaccessible fasteners.

Offers varying levels of support, from comfortable to cramped.

Holes and screws do not align, making assembly difficult.

I'm actually very happy with this set. I was afraid it being wicker that it would be built cheaper than what I got. No its not like the best set ever or a super great amazing furniture but it is durable and nice looking. I bought it for the area around our fire pit and I personally weight over 230lbs and the chairs hold me up with no issue. My grandson is only 5 and climbs around on them like he is not supposed to but after 4 weeks we have had no issues.  We have family and friends that all sit on them and everything is holding up pretty good especially for the price. The only thing is the instructions are pretty dumb. They just show squares like shapes and screws but all the pieces are pretty much the same shape so it isn't telling you what is what. You have to kind of figure it out on your own.

Sturdy little set

I put the set together in about 2.5 hours by myself (a woman) with minor issues.  Some screws didn't want to thread, but I tapped with a hammer and it was fine.  The fit of screws, and the ease, depends on which screws you install first.  Definitely a great set for the price!

Great set for the money!

This a super cute sturdy patio set.
Not as easy to assemble with one person, but get a few people and its easy! Its already been a year and it is beautiful!

Good quality material. A bit tricky to assemble because the wholes don't all line up right if you tighten the bolts one by one.

Good buy

Good Purchase. Took a while to assemble. If you are doing it alone. Take breaks. DONOT tight up screws one by one. I would suggest yo place all the screws first and then tighten up so that it will align to the wholes.

Very nice and looks strong.

The set looks great, so far. We've only put together the love seat and the table. It isn't the easiest set to put together, as the pieces don't line up perfectly and you have to force them into place some times. We're still working on the chairs - they seem to be the most difficult. I would have rated the product a 5 if the assembly were easier because it is really nice.

Very cute set. I love the finished product minus some little oversees.
Asembly: None of the parts came labeled so it took some time figuring out what parts are what. On the instructions it says to screw the back of the chair with the seat part first but if u do it that way, the screws and holes WILL NOT line up. So after 2 hours I chose to screw the sides of the chair to the seat part first AND THEN the back part last and it aligned. Those screws were a pain to tighten because it requires an L key and it's hard to get that thing in small places so that took some time.
The glass for the table for some reason won't sit evenly on the table. 
Material: the material and quality of the chairs are nice and sturdy. 
Cushions: The cushions in the picture looked thicker and more on the whiter side. They are pretty thin and a yellow color.
But over all, it's a nice set. I sit out on the patio every day.

Sturdy and cute. Some minor flaws

Its a bit smaller than expected.  When I saw the box it arrived in, I thought wow thats not gonna be a big chair.  When I opened the box its was several pieces I had to put together.  My son and I assembled the chairs. Two of the chairs seemed were unaligned.  They kinda wobble ever so slightly. It Could have been us. But we followed the directions and its impossible not to put the screws in the wrong holes.  Nonetheless its a cute patio set.  Just not designed for anyone too big (wide or tall)

I bought this set to go on my bedroom balcony I was hesitant because of the reviews BUT it turned out to be a perfect fit for what I needed.  Putting it together was a little tricky we had to unscrew the screws a couple times on the chairs to get the holes to line up.  I would recommend this if you have a small area to furnish.

Perfect Fit

In the end, this is a very pretty set. However, I'm giving it 3 out of 5 stars because of the set up and the fact that the glass does not fit correctly on the table. 

Do not, I repeat, do not try and put this set together with the Allen key that is provided. If you do, a slur of words will come spewing out of your mouth that you will later shame yourself for. Do yourself a favor and use your socket wrench and save yourself hours of frustration.   

I am not an amateur at putting furniture together. As a matter of fact, the weekend before I put together this piece of frustration, I put together a queen bed by myself. And trust me, the bed was easier. I almost said screw it and put it back in the box about a million times. When I wasn't thinking of doing that, I was contemplating how to safely run it over it with my car. 

I digress. Yes it's pretty and yes it's sturdy, however, it is a little smaller than I anticipated AND the glass didn't fit the table correctly. Luckily after the hours and hours it took to put together, I really didn't care. No way was I going to be disappointed about anything at that point. I was just happy I made it through without going Office Space on this thing. 

If you decide to purchase this set, God speed.
