We sent this letter to Costway:
Hello,
We recently purchased one of these through Walmart.com. It was delivered fine. My wife and I put it together and planted seeds in it. 
That same day, she went to carefully roll it a couple of feet on our concrete carport (towards the sun), and it just fell apart! It seems the places where the parts join do not stay together.
As a result, everything went flying. Enclosed are a few pictures of the end result. 

We are obviously dissatisfied with the product. We spent nearly $90. on it and it is not sturdy enough to stay together, despite reviews to the contrary. We would like a refund, and would be happy to return the product at your expense.

This was their timely response, within 24 hours they wrote:

The planter fell apart on the first day. The top and bottom sections came apart the first time we tried to roll it two feet. See the pictures below.
The customer service response was quick and easy, and they promised to credit our account forthwith. That is the reason I gave 4 stars. 2 for the product and 6 for the customer service. You can always try it, but it is not as sturdy as some folks say it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall look of this product is nice but I've had trouble keeping the water tray connected to the soil bin.  It snaps on easy enough but doesn't stay on when the bin is expanded with watering .  I've resorted to twine tie on to keep them in place.  ON a smooth surface the rollers work great.  On rough terrain it is more difficult to keep the rise feet from slipping out of the upper structure.  Once I understood the mechanism though it has worked OK.  More secure connections in these 2 areas would improve my rating.

I DIDN'T LIKE THAT THE EXTENDED PIECE WHEN MOVED, KEEPS COMING  UP AND ALMOST OFF!  WHEN I TILT IT, IT SLIDES BACK  DOWN BUT I WILL HAVE TO TAPE IT CLOSED TO FASTEN IT BETTER . . .  THEY SHOULD HAVE PUT A SCREW AND BOLT OR A REMOVEABLE PIN  TO LOCK THE BAR CONNEFCTION IN THAT PLACE . . .  OR SOMETHING BETTER!

GOOD QUALITY MATERIALS BUT POOR DESIGN
