This tree is right at 5' because I am 4'9" and have to reach up pretty high to place the star on top.
I spent about an hour fluffing the branches after my son put it together.  This is perfect size for my small living room.  
It looks lovely with the different light patterns to choose from, and the decorations are really pretty.  Thank you!

the tree doesn't look anything like the picture it is definitely not 5 ft tall the lights are very sparse on the tree I'm just very disappointed in the whole thing
