Ease Of Installation

What a great buy! Came very quickly (faster than the site predicted). Need to place it on a solid level surface that can handle weight, it comes with the tarp that goes right under and plugs into a 110V outlet, which is standard in all homes. It inflates itself but I just used an electric pump I had as it was faster. Make sure to point the drain in a direction you'd want it to drain, it's a lot harder to move when it's full. Then you just fill it with water, took about 25 minutes and turn on the heater which also runs the filter. It comes with a cover which you should keep on when heating to speed up the process. It took about 36 hours to get it from 60 to 102. That said from then on its about 4 hours to get it back up to hot, only the first heat up took that long. It bubbles really well which is fun! I keep the filter on all the time (it's 110V so not a crazy power spend) and keeps water moving. I do recommend getting a chlorine puck float to keep in the water so it stays sanitized. I also purchased spa test strips and PH up PH down chemicals by Pool Time which will last you a long time. This keeps my current water at the right levels vs. having to drain and re fill all the time. So far so good, it's quiet, hot and a good size for several people. 2 adults and 2-3 kids fit fine, or 3 -4 adults, there is no way 6 adults could fit  but come on it's an inflatable hot tub :-)

Great Buy and lots of Fun!

Received this hot tub a couple weeks ago.  everything you need to set it up is in the box. I have thoroughly enjoyed it so far. the box doesn't say anything about chemicals but I researched online and found out what I needed. it took about 3 days to heat up to the max temp, but it was at 95 by the second day so we were able to enjoy it the day after receiving it. only complaint I have had is the jets kick on for 20 minutes then shut off for ten before you can turn them back on. but it was complete worth the money. would recommend to anyone thinking about buying one.

It arrived super quick ans was so quick and easy to setup. It warmed up from 82F to 98F overnight and we have it set fir 102F and it was there when we got home. The jets are such much more than expected. I had hurt my back a few weeks ago and its been in constant pain, to the point I have not been able to sleep a full night. I was waking up for 3 to 4 hours at a time. After an hour in the tub, my back is finally relived and no pain. For the price, looks and performance of this unit, I highly recommend it!

Wow!

very easy to assemble. took a bit to heat it up. but then laid tons of blankets on it and it heated right up to 108° very worth the money so far. seems durable! hopefully it lasts!

Been up a week and still not warm enough to get in. Bad design. Only one water input. Too much water volume. Waste of money.

Ripped off.

will not ever buy another product from this company hot tub only lasted maybe 2 weeks and then it stopped heating all together will not let me return it way too much money for something only lasting for couple weeks strongly suggest not to buy anything like this from this place again very upset and a big waste of money never again

Broke after a few months. Burned out and wouldn't turn on. I wish I wouldn't have wasted the money on such a faulty product.

First of all we had some issues with being electricuted, but before it wouldn't heat up as fast as it said it would (one week to get to 104) then once we got the getting shocked issue handled the whole thing stopped working all together will not heat at all unbelievably a horrible product

Horrible hot tub!!

Lasted only 2 months then the built in breaker on the plug kept tripping and would not reset.  I emailed GoPlus but my email bounced back as undeliverable.  Now I'm out nearly $400.  It's junk.
