Great for the price :) all pieces were in the boxes ( 3 big boxes) and everything went together smoothly. If you are looking for a big couch that you can rest your back against this is not for you. I knew this going in, but I am happy with the pillows, I can move them around all over the couch and make myself a nice place to lay down and relax outside. And the chaise lounge part you can move to whatever seat you are in.

Glad we bought this set!

Quality set – cushions could be a little thicker – assembly would be easier if you didn't have to use an Allen wrench for everything

For the price, it?s worth the huge time commitment it took to assemble. Quality is lower but so is price. Love the design and colors. It should last a while but probably won?t last more than 5 years due to the construction, but considering how much most patio sets are, it was worth it.

You get what you pay for, it's not bad, just small. You should make sure you compare the actual dimensions to one you can physically see. The hight is the main issue for me

Hight is the main issue

We received our set a few days before expected which was a plus, but there are some things that I was dissatisfied about.  The measurements for the set was correct, so a buyer can't complain about that.  The cushions aren't the best, so we're going to replace those that are more plush and thick.  And when I got to the last piece to put together, we noticed that the four  bottom legs were in the wrong place, so I had to remove them and flip it over to continue to put it together. Now, the four legs I'm going to have to secure more firmly.  The directions are the best and it will take two people to put this together. Have patience and tools (I found that a ratchet set and pliers to be better that what was included)

On the picture it appeared to a a lot better quality than it actually was when we got it. We ordered it and was told it would be here by a certain date and yes, 1 box was had to wait another week and a half to get the other 2. Then when we were finally put it together they had transposed a couple stickers on item numbers to cause forever to figure out but we finally did get it together and all the parts were there. Was not as comfortable as we were hoping, next time will buy in store so can try out first and see quality.

Don't waste your money!  While this item looks good, comfort is non existing.  Cushions are very thin and not secure, they slide around.  Also, the backs way too low.

I liked the color and style of furniture, but all of the frame parts of the couch where bent and metal brackets broken.  

Oh, this is a Costway product not Wal-Mart, so guess what?!  A LOT of Hassle to get somebody on the PHONE!  

I like the set, but Geez, paid $619 and many of the parts are broken during shipment!

I did receive an email from Costway today...waiting to see what they will do.  They wanted a photo of the assembly instructions with broken items circled.  Well circled the whole couch1

I hope they will replace the broken items ASAP - I had planned to have everything setup for Mother's Day party...

All Couch Metal Frames were BENT

This furniture looks great, just like the pictures but........ The cushions are very very thin, they will not stay in place. The sectional pieces will not stay together they are so light they just slide apart and then you have a big whole between them. The backs are very low its just not comfortable nor is it worth the money. Typically I do not give feedback but I don't want anyone else to make this mistake. I guess this will be going in my yard sale pile for spring. Time to find a better quality and more comfortable one. I am very disappointed and out $650
