Assembly Instructions

Value For Money

This set is very neat clean lines modern and love that it comes with 2 set of cushions Black and Cream. I used the cream during the hot summer months then Changed the cushions to black for the fall months giving me a totally different look. I'm so happy with it that I bought the set again for my vacation home

Stylish Set

walmart.com

The set went together fairly easily. It comes with clips to hold the pieces together for when you want it to be a single piece (couch) but for entertaining and larger group we like to take the clips off and separate the pieces around the deck into a conversational arrangement. The set comes with both black and cream cases for the seat cushions as options. On the down side, after our first use, I noticed the cushions already had indentations from people sitting on them for extended time.
We got lots of compliments on the look of the set.

Nice look for the price

I doc to a star for the horrible assembly directions. The pieces were not marked and the directions come with black and white pictures. You spend more time trying to figure out what piece you're dealing with than you do assembling the sectional. Overall I am happy with the quality and the look. It's a very stylish. I love how they give you two separate colors of questions. One you can use in the fall and one in the I doc to a star for the horrible assembly directions. Overall I am happy with the quality and the look. It's a very stylish. I love how they give you two separate colors of questions. One you can use in the fall and one in the summer. I really wish that the sectional pieces would connect together. When you sit down in the sectional the chair slides and since they're not all connected they all go different directions. But I am overall happy with the purchase just a few small modifications would be nice. Couldn't beat the deal!

Stylish!

This is very pretty, easy to build and arrives quickly (suburbs). It is exactly what I expected for the price. Perfect for family that can treat it gently. Be careful when building, not to push or drag the pieces while up side down. We did snap some rattan during assembly. Hot glue fixed it.

Exactly What I Expected

Easy to assemble, nice metal frame, underneath the seats are just braided material, not supported by anything solid, material seems thin. You are getting what you pay for here, it looks nice, is a large amount of seating, probably will last longer if protected from extremes of temperature

Nice looking, lots of seating for the money

I want to start first with you pay for what you get. This is not an expensive set so you should not expect an expensive set. Received one box first that happened to have the glass table top in it and it was shattered. It is not packaged very well and would probably shatter in every shipment. I did take pictures and reached out right away. Costway did not have anymore table tops in stock and asked if they refunded a portion for the glass if I could buy my own. I agreed and found a much better quality table top. The other 2 boxes took an extra week to be delivered, later than the original delivery date that was stated when I ordered. The cushions are thin, but they will do fine for our use for about a year and probably need new cushions next year, but i read the previous reviews and expected this. i did assemble by myself in about 2 1/2 hours. After having everything put together except the ottoman, one of the sides was manufactured incorrectly. At this point i did not reach back out to costway, i removed the feet from the ottoman sides and was able to still assemble. It does look great and everyone is impressed with the set. I just want to make it clear if you buy this expecting a $2000 set for $700 you will be sadly mistaken.

You get what you pay for

Item arrived timely in 3 boxes. Instructions were very bad. The graphics were hard to follow and in some cases, parts were labeled incorrectly or missing altogether. Also, I wish the three pieces to the main couch connected. I would give this a 3.5 but that's not an option!

I was so excited to receive this set. it looked beautiful online. However, the woven wicker material was very off pattern. Crooked? Looks ridiculous, in my opinion. Was this hand woven by a 5 year old? My biggest complaint, it didn't come with directions! With 4 people, it was very difficult to assemble! We're still not done. Too many similar parts. If you mess up one piece, you have to start all over. I plan on contacting customer service for them to rectify their errors. I would suggest looking at a different set, and reading the reviews. The time needed for this set, is NOT worth it! Especially, with no directions.

No directions, Cheaply made.

DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT A HEADACHE!!
Purchased and received the product in 3 boxes on 7/10/2019. Started to assemble the set right away, took all contents out of the boxes. Saw it is all in pieces and the instructions are a bit weak, it's fine- I figured it out very easily and expected the set to be assembled by each piece. I got the entire set put together in a couple hours with help from my significant other, until the very last piece-the end piece of the sofa to be exact. Turns out, in my set, I received 2 G pieces, when there is only supposed to be 1 G and 1 D piece. The second G piece was labeled as D-no, wrong, it is exactly the same as part G.
No big deal, contact customer service, have them overnight me the correct piece and I will send back the duplicated piece. Only way to contact customer service is through email!!!!
---The manufacturer also states they do not have replacement parts, even better!! Still waiting on Costway to even respond to my email with a resolution-I got told I have to email them again tomorrow!!
Beautiful set, really love the quality (you def. get what you pay for), but not worth the headache of missing pieces/parts and their inconsistent customer service. I have a feeling I will be returning this in the near future!!

BEAUTIFUL SET--MISSING PIECES--TERRIBLE CUST. SERV

Our shipment arrived in three boxes.
You need a masters degree in engineering to figure out how to assemble the furniture. There were missing bolts and hardware. The cushions are very flimsy and arrived wrinkled. They were supposed to come with two different sets of cushions but the cream colored ones never arrived.
This set is definitely not for tall and big people. It's like it was designed for children. I guess I shouldn't complain, for the price, it was definitely what you pay for. But cheap, get cheap. The directions are for the birds. Nothing is labeled. Debating if I should return the product. Not at all what I expected!

Pictures can be deceiving.

VERY disappointed. Firstly when I opened the first box I noticed little particles of glass (which ended up getting all over my house unfortunately because I have an infant). So now the table has no glass. Secondly there were pieces of plastic from the wickers that were already falling out of the chairs. Ridiculous. There were scratches all over the chairs which makes it look terrible and some of the pieces necessary to attach the pieces together we broken and bent out of shape. All in all this was a TERRIBLE buy and i wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The one positive thing is that it came on time which is perfect because we needed it for an event this weekend. Unfortunately it wouldn't make sense for us to return this right now bc our guests won't have anything to sit on. Save yourself the hassle and the money. Photos attached.
