Directions are not detailed enough, causing confusion during assembly and use.

Limited foliage distribution creates gaps between branches.

The size was perfect, no instructions needed to put it together as it was so easy, once together it was beautiful. Only 4 pieces that snap together easily. The lights were evenly distributed and lovely. We have not even decorated the tree yet and it is gorgeous.

Empty center,  needs more branches in the middle and center looks bare

No directions came with the tree. The lights are very pretty. But I've fluffed the tree for a very long time and there are big holes in it. The lights are just wrapped around the branches. I took all the lights off and tried to fluff it more. It was way too much work!!! It's still got big holes. Makes me so mad!!!

Very poor design, the metal frame and all of the metal branches show, leaving big gaps showing through to the other side .  While "fluffing" as shown in the directions, several of the small branches fell out. Very disappointing.  Definitely not worth the money.

Don't buy this tree!

I am very disappointed in this tree!! ! It is not what the picture on the website looked like. The branches are faced far apart, you can actually see through the tree… despite my best efforts of moving all of the branches around to make it look full., The Pine needles are made of a nylon material, they do not represent the look or feel of real Pine needles. I only kept the tree because it was too close to Christmas and I wanted a pre-lit color tree for my grandkids. 10/10 do not recommend!

Very Disappointed

Came with instructions in every language but English. Cheap quality, giant gapping holes I had to fill with picks and huge balls and stilled  looked cheap ! Would not recommend ever and let's not forget how it sheds all over just like a real tree

Don't buy this tree

doesn't work

This tree is not a good Christmas tree. It comes in a plain brown box, does not come with any instructions, the limbs are flimsy and all the bulbs do not light up.  There seems to be a shortage in the bulb's wires. I did not know that this was not a Walmart product and I would not be able to just return it to the store.  I have to wait until the company is contacted and the company must contact me then I will find out if I can return it! I wanted my tree up and decorated on Thanksgiving day.

NOT! what was expected!!

I like the Christmas tree but the lights are terrible it doesn't come with a control box and you cannot change the color and the worst part is you have to plug and unplug to On and Off the light which is stupid. And of course they have the worst manual in the world. Please everyone go buy another Christmas tree because you gonna be disappointed if you choose this brand. Thank you.
