[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love it.  Exactly what I was looking for.  The price point was what I wanted.  I love that it all folds up into itself when we aren't using it! Saves space when being stored but big enough for our family!

Beautiful set, only the cushions that are thin and it lacked big bolts and I had too many small bolts. I had to go buy some to finish the editing. Otherwise everything is ok and delivery within a course deadline.

Thin cushions

One box was either never picked up by Fed Ex, or lost by Fed Ex, somebody was lying.  Costway kept offering me coupon to wait longer when nothing was going anywhere.  After about a week I talked them into canceling that box and sending another.  Finally arrived yesterday and rattan is unraveling on two pieces.  Haven't even opened other two boxes yet.  This has gone on for almost three weeks!

It's not good

This table set is very very difficult to put together it took two days then the chairs are very very narrow they are little and looks like it won't hold much weight also its like a thousand screws if u buy you will see what mean a lot of pieces was miss I just want a total refund its nothing I can do with this patio set

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND

Yesterday, I received part of my order.  The bigger box was so destroyed and partially opened.  

Then today, the installer from Angi called me that he was here to install my patio furniture and needed the code to get in.  I asked why did no one call me to schedule the installation.  Lucky I was close by, so came right home.  The installer (Jonathan) was very ackward and would barely speak.  Did not feel comfortable with him at all!  I showed him where he would be doing the installation and he brought all the boxes to the area and started unboxing the patio furniture.  I went back inside to work and I could not see him anymore.  I thought he was bent down assembling or stepped away to get a tool from his car.  I went outside and could not find him, so I called him and he answered and said I need to call Angi.  Asked what happened and he hung up.  I tried calling two more times and he ignored my calls. 

I spent hours (from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm) on phone trying to figure out what to do.  After numerous hang ups, I was able to convince someone to reschedule appt for tomorrow.  I had to beg!  This is unacceptable and if I did not have my planned event for Saturday, I would demand you pick up the patio furniture and refund me the money.  Below are a few photos of how he left product on the fIoor.  One side table (1st photo) has a scratch on the top surface. 

DEMAND THAT YOU GIVE ME A CREDIT FOR THIS MISHAP IMMEDIATELY!!

VERY POOR

I REALLY wanted to like this. Firstly, it took forever to put together and the pieces didn't fit well. Once we got it set-up, the back of the chairs fold over into the seat. This made it annoying when pushing/pulling a chair in/out from the table. The arm rests are tiny and basically not useable. The most annoying part is that there is a giant pole running under the table. It doesn't work with most umbrellas (we had an umbrella). Also, you cannot push the chairs in under the table because the pole is in the way. After the first month, some of the wicker started unraveling. Save your money or put it towards a much better product.

Horrible Product

The set was way too small, the size for a child. It was ridiculously difficult to assemble and the two pieces for the table did not fit together.
