Ease Of Use

Value For Money

Sturdiness

Can be robust, but also prone to fragility.

Simple assembly and storage process is straightforward.

I look thru all the equipment and I like the other one that's a little higher. Same thing but I like the high one better.

walmart.com

Most of the machine came out together. 5 minute easy setup. I do not exercise anymore and using this machine I can feel the burn after the first rep of 20. This machine is great and I'm sure it will help me with my stubborn belly fat. I love it!!!

Easy setup and great product

No strong spring back but can help those that have bad back but still want to do push-ups

Looks like the ad

I have a bad back, but these movements helps my back and not hurts it.

It works for me,

Be careful coming back up. The hinge is right behind the seat and is exposed, so when you are reclining back it opens the hinge and on your way back to seated position it will pinch a nice chunk of your skin. BEWARE. I have a towel rolled up in order to cover it and that has solved the issue for me. But beware especially if children try to play with it. That is my only issue. I've been using this for a few weeks and I've noticed my abs are coming back to life. If you have a bad back, this is for you! I was not able to do regular sit-ups due to back issues and this allows me to do them. Not much tension so it doesn't feel like you are doing much of a workout but it seems to work cause I'm starting to see results. Seems too easy for an ab workout but I love this thing so far

If you have a booty beware

An cruncher

I like everything about it. Easy to use, easy to put them together. And it's described as it is in the picture. Thank you

Costway core Ab trainers

I was so happy when it arrived...once assembled...and tried it...there is hardly not much resistance for abs ..diss-apointed .. I ended up giving it away after one use...my old ab rocket has a better ab work out..

Not much resistance!!!

Not a good item for exercise . No tension , it doesn't work your abs at all , I wouldn't recommend this . It's worth $10 at the most

Vera

Hurt my back---I had to stop using after a few weeks to see if my back would improve and it did. Something about this equipment was very hard on my lower back.

Lower back pain
