Took quite a bit of time to get, as it was sitting in UPS warehouse for a week but easy to operate straight out of the box and love it already!

Very nicely made Ice Crusher! It makes perfectly chipped ice from regular style cubes. I was going to get the hand cranked and so glad I did not. You do need to be careful of the plastic tray to make sure you don't break off the pins that lock the tray in place or your crusher will not turn on. Thats about the only fallback I see of this until so far after 1 week of crushing ice. But if you be very careful with those to make sure you don't break them off, this should last years!

Makes nice ice however only had packaging at top and bottom so ice bin was cracked in front Going to use anyway but company needs to package better

I've got the same problem as many others: the ice container arrived cracked AND a corner broken.  No warranty or seller contact information is included in the box.  Worse, it gets stuck AT LEAST once with every single use.  Pouring warm water in is the only fix.  Only if they're smart enough to put in a reverse button thus would be a 5 star product.   If they don't care enough to include a warranty and contact information, I doubt they even read the reviews.

Not worth the money. It was delivered July 1st 2020 and already stopped working July 28th. No warranty so can't send back. When it was working, the ice cubes were constantly getting lodged in the chopping blades. Very irritating to try to get a batch chopped. Please don't waste your money on this. It needs to be removed so no one can purchase it!

Goplus Ice Crusher

I've had two of these ice crushers in the last month and a half maybe they're both tore up I would like a refund or somebody to help me please

This product seems cheaply made bought as A Christmas gift and started using in January. 
By February the motor does not work.

Cheap will not hold up motor will not turn.

Does not shave ice! This is what I bought it for.

Very disappointed

Horrible product, doesn't crush.  The company is not helpful to return product.  Do not buy!!!
