Had a question about assembly, the company l purchased it from emailed me within an hour and sent me a video. I was very pleased with their customer service. The chairs have been a great addition to our office, l purchased two.

Comfortable and nice looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't sit at my computer much anymore, therefore don't sit in this long but while I'm there it works fine and has padding.  Basic chair, if I had to sit in it all day I'd spend more on a better chair.

It's a chair that rolls

Some of the holes were slightly concealed by the fabric, (not a lot; just enough to catch on if one were not careful). Just be patient, go slowly....because for the price, it's a Great purchase!

A Great Buy!

GREAT PRICE AND FIT

This chair was a bad choice for me.  It is uncomfortable, the back is too low, the seat back is almost straight up and down, and  it doesn't have a tilt feature so I'm stuck seating bolt upright.  Too much work to disassemble  and send it back, so I'm stuck with it.  It is so bad in fact, that I've gone back to using my OLD chair!  I'll see if we can use anything from this one to fix up the old chair.  I would not recommend this chair to a friend.
